  1. Professional. What can I say about professional? It’s what you gotta be, when you want to be professional. A pro is professional. There are two S’s in Professional. Professional spelled backwards is lanoisseforP. Seriously, some people can’t spell professional. Professional has 12 letters, 5 vowels, 7 consonants. And it has the word pro in it. Do you know why? Because pro is short form for professional!! Shocking isn’t it? I am professionally writing this letter, because I am – what? – professional. So, guys, please get it right. Being professional is self explanatory. You GOT TO BE PROFESSIONAL.

Thanks for your time, yours truly,

  22. I wish I was one, but in what? I know some. I wish I could know them better. Whoops; didn’t want to go here so soon. Sometimes I wonder what love is, and how we can distinguish it from hate, or infatuation. I wonder if what I feel is what I really feel, or if it’s just my body telling me lies. I don’t know; but if love is going to be like that, couldn’t it at least work two ways? *SIGH* I wnonder aboout reality. Does that make me a professional human? Or scholar? I wonder how much my opinion matters. After all, it’s all only a metter of settling. It’s a matter of deciding what you think, and not caring when other people tell you that it’s wrong. But how helpful is that? If you don’t leave a mark, did you ever exist? Will you die, and be forgotten? I think that that is a fear of mine; that I will be forgotten. That people will not see what I’ve done.

  25. There was a professional looking man sitting at a black, metal bench at the top of Studio B, the only place left in the city with a speck of color adorning it. The underside of the bench was yellow, but only the professionals knew about it. Could it be that to be professional meant to earn the right to see beauty in this black and white newspaper world? The people in the business week could see it, but comics and classifieds simply had no right to be there.
