The thing is I was always concerned about my mother. She worried a lot about stupid things and I never really understood why. she put others above herself every single day and I always thought she was stupid for doing so. she was greyer than anyone else her age, stress probably. But she was selfless, and that was bloody admirable.

They look at you
with plastered smiles
and cruel eyes
Pretending to care
Faking unneeded concern
Giving unwanted attention
Their eyes follow you
Never letting you escape out of sight
And desiring to kill you in your sleep
They’re monsters in human flesh
And they’re out for your blood

I live my life in concern. Concern for the future of this brainwashed – dumbed down generation but I live for the hope of those little successful ones who will carry out society, no I hate the system too but in order to surpass it you must beat it.

Concern is the feeling of dread i get when i think things are going the wrong way. Nothing seems to happen without concern feeling my life.It isnt all bad thought its something that needs to happen, and without it we wouldn’t make progress.

I can be concerned about many things. Concerned about the continuing ridiculousness that is my life. Concerned about how ridiculous my government is. Concerned about how ridiculous my church is. Concerned about how my siblings make no sense. Concerned about how I’m not going to finish this in time. Concerned that people won’t like my books. Concern forms a huge part of my life. It’s rather pathetic, actually. It’s silly. But oh well. I am concerned that this timer will never end. But it will. I shan’t be concerned.
By Kyla on 09.19.2011
er, care. you care for someone. you worry about them. you want to put your nose in your business to make sure they’re okay. it can be suffocating but ya know…it feels warm and comforting and whatever.
By Yna URL on 09.19.2011
I think that concern is a better word than worry. It shows that you care, but that you are not obsessive. One can be concerned without getting too personal. Worry has a heavy sound to it.
By Janis on 09.19.2011
worriesom. don’t know what to do. maybe even scared. what could happen that could make you concerned? you could be eating an apple and your tooth falls out at the age of 45 and you don’t know what to do because you;re concerned that you’re going to need a fake tooth. concern. a lot of things could come out of the process of concern. maybe you’ll feel better later. maybe worse.

Concern… so little of this one little word is shown in the world these days. Society has become selfish and thinks merely of themselves in this dog eat dog world. concern shows care, weakness (to some), love, that you matter, that somebody cares. Concern. we could do with more of it.
By Estelle on 09.19.2011
“Don’t worry about it. It shouldn’t matter to you how I feel. I don’t even know your name and yet you are looking out for my well being. Are you some sort of super human? Why do u care so much?”
“If anyone needs my help I will appear. I guess you can say my main concern is for the happiness of others. Wipe your eyes child, there’s no need to cry.”
By Mellanie N. Covell URL on 09.19.2011
my concern is about how everybody treats everyone else. it is a pity that some people do not really care what hoew the next person feels. selfish people lack concern for others which is kind of disturbing.

I’m concerned. Very concerned. I haven’t any idea why, though. It could be that two people I know are sick. Well, I’m not sure if I’m concerned or not. I can think of a lot of characters in books that have been concerned one time or another though.

Concern for my friend. She has been through so much. I wish she could catch a break. I wish her happiness could last a little longer. I wish there was more I could do. I pray, her situation is in God’s hands, where it has always been. He knows the plans he has for her. He wants to give her hope and a future. I only wish there was something I could do. Something more. But I answer the call on my life when I bring her to our LORD in prayer. Thankful that He sees all and knows all. He can and will take care of her, He loves her more than I do.

Should I really be concerned? He was really immature that day and I just want to strangle him like there’s no tomorrow. He knows I’m really sensitive. So I don’t understand why he has to be such a $@!^$. -sighs- I don’t know how this week will go around him. I just don’t want to talk to him at all.

I frowned as she gave me a look of concern.
Why was she worried now? What changed for her?
was she acting
like she cared?

I am concerned with many things around me. I am concerned because people are dying everywhere in the world while I am typing on my computer. They aren’t concerned for me, but I am of course concerned for them. Concern concern concern! Such a beautiful word with 2 “c’s” in it. And two “n’s”.

I have a lot of concerns for a student who is dealing with his mom who’s dying of cancer. He is in total denial. He’s keeping himself in a false high place and I know this will lead to a fall further than he may be able to handle when or if the end comes. How do I help him? I’m his minister and I know the answer is to pray and be there for him and his family. To help him seek for the peace that passes all understanding. My struggle is that I, by my nature am a fixer. I can’t fix this for him, I can only let him deal with it and let God minister to him, but I am still concerned.

showing that you care about someone- it can also be in the sense that it concerns something- means it relates to it- is concerning.

i was concerned with whether or not i had any lasting impression on her life. i always wanted to be more than what i was for her, and i’m not sure if that was to spite her or inspite of her. i believed maybe, that if i succeeded enough, if my accomplishments and accolades accumulated, she would be forced to notice me, whether she liked it or not.

To be concerned is to have feeling for soemthing. When you are concerned, you will probably be worried, and will be that way until the object of your concern will come back, safely, or for whatever reaosn. For example, if your little sister went somewhere dangerous, you would be concerned for her safety until she came back safe and sound. That is concern.
By Ivy on 09.19.2011
She felt concern, standing beside the creek all dolled in a bluebells and green cracklings leaves, splotches of water surrender to the harsh above sun. The weather was working wonders on the land, warming the waiting grass and quiet trees.
By Cathy M. on 09.19.2011
To be concerned is to feel uncertain about soemthing. Say someone important to you was in danger. then you would feel concerned until the person came back safe and sound. And also, it means to have compassion for other human beings, or animals! If you were concerned, the object iof your concern would have to be safe for you to be happy again. For example, my cousin’s mother is sick, and she will be councerned until she gets better again.

Feeling anxious about how someone is doing. Focusing you’re attention on something that’s not directly in front of you. With sincere feelings towards the situation.

Concerned with the amount of work he was putting in, I began to sleep more so I wouldn’t think about it while he was gone. If I fell asleep, then when I woke up he could be there, and there wouldn’t be a gap between his appearances. The look in his eyes didn’t concern me in a way that I thought he was cheating; instead, it brought tears to my own with the pure exhaustion apparent there.

Concern shadows me, follows wherever I go. I get concerned about the weather, about work, my family and friends. Even when things seem good, there’s concern – sometimes even concern that I’m not concerned enough about all the dreadfully concerning things in life. Great. Now I’m concerned about whether I’m too concerned about everything.
