Concerned. Worried. Stressed. Most of the time we are just running ourselves in circles. Up until the point we run right into a wall and realize that all of it was for nothing.

There is something in her face that lets me know she’s more afraid than she wants to admit, a wrinkle in her brow that is deeper than it has been in the past. Her face says fear, bordering on terror, but she simply says “we’re concerned”.

concern of a mother for her child is magically realistic.Everyone in the world is affected by it. so many flavours, so many shades, all so different. there is no cure for it. Need there be?

Jack was concerned about the blood seeping from Kate´s wound. He laid her gently to the ground, reaching for a backpack to put it below her head, to make her more comfortable. He smirked. He was concerned about her being comfortable when there was a bomb about to kill them all…

they were concerned by my silence
they wondered what might be wrong
they felt left out and not part of my solace
but i’d figured out how to be strong.

“I’m still concerned, Wilkins. We covered this yesterday, but you don’t seem to understand the gravity of this situation.”
Wilkins just floated a few inches off the ground, not understanding gravity in general.

A world with concern is a world that over thinks. I see concern and I think of worried parents giving me a lecture over using this word to explain their feelings. Concern, why must you exist in all of us?
By Catherine on 09.19.2011
The concern he had was obvious. It showed itself in his eyes, his expression, his posture. He looked like he was ready and willing to do whatever it took to make sure she would be alright.

CONCERN IS A THING THAT INVOLVED SOMEONE THINKING ABOUT ANOTHER THING. IT IS SOMETHING INVOLVING THE BRAIN AND ATTENTION AND TIME. IT IMPLIES CARE AND ALSO LOVE. A MOTHER AND CHILD RELATIONSHIP COMES TO MIND TO ILLUSTRATE THE CONCEPT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS THIS ABOUT SOME SUBJECT, YOU DON’T CARE.

I understand and empathize. I feel my heart is aching to know you are well. Knowing the truth and feeling it with you is comforting in a sad way.

She grew concerned with each heart-wrenching sob. She walked over to the boy sitting on the curb crying his eyes out, and sat beside him. She put her arms around him, not saying a word, but comforted him all the same. he turned into the embrace, and whispered “Why couldn’t I help her?”

what deepends and worries why do i do that. Worry free is not me always furrowing and burrowing. I guess. See….? Epitome and example of me. Maybe my name should have been concern
By Aysia S on 09.19.2011
concern is a really great word for me right now because I am absolutely drowning in it. It consumes me even when I have my back turned and it reaches its spiraling tendrils out to capture those around me, those whom i love, those who love me. Concern has me wrapped in its spindly grip and bit by bit i am unraveling its bony fingers. it’s a process.

Growing concerns about Egypt’s future are in the eyes of those who still care. Who still stand, shout, riot. But what are concerns if the SCAF is deaf? What are words to deaf? Just moving lips..

What concern is it of yours? Whether I stumble or I fall? My feet are like jelly, I know! That not my fault though. What can we do with the way we are born? Is it our problem that life gives curses as well as gifts? What are gifts without curses? Are we truly happy with the idea of a god, when everything may be our concern? Or are we unhappy with Him when we realize that the responsibility of life may not be our own? Does it make sense that we should have hands and not do? With the ability to do, should we not create, comfort, and defend what’s around us? Is life not so much better when we are concerned, should we leave it up to a deity, or is it none of your concern??

I am concerned for the future. Will they learn from our mistakes? Will they take care of me? Will they take care of themselves? Who will be in charge? Will they be able to communicate if they can’t empathize with each other?

I am concerned that my child won’t remember all these times when he’s older. I know he’s not even 1 year old, but I WON’T forget – how could he?
Will he remember all the love he receives?
Will he feel all this happiness?
Will he smile when he sees us?
Will he always remember we LOVE him?

Feeling of hurt for someone else, caring and worrying, but in such a gentler way. A bit oppressing, the mother telling her daughter not to do this, not to try that. The dad telling her not to date until she’s thirty, to stay close.

I was concerned for her safety, watching as she precariously leaned over the windowsill of her life. yes, its true she was just trying to get a better view but still, the glass in her needle showed the means by which she did were pulling her down to the gravel below.

I have many concerns today. For instance how am I going to find a new job, where am I going with my life, what am I doing with my life? Is the path I’m taking the right one, the lazy way out, the chosen path from the universe above?
By pamela on 09.19.2011
I’m concerned. I’m concerned I’m not gonna make it. I’m not worried about being a good spouse or a good mom, ‘cuz I think I have that in me. I’m worried I’m not gonna make it through school. I don’t think I’ve got the brainpower.
By Chandra on 09.19.2011
hurt in someones face. it shows up in the eyes, filling their thoughts they wish they could do something, to help you, but you both know they can’t. tears show up sometimes, filling in the spaces were words can’t be.

You should show concern if the patient exhibits any of the following: Itching, burning, swelling at the injection site; confusion, combustion; argumentativeness, combativeness, chattiness; fear, worry, incontinence, malfeasance.

concern is when you are worried about something that is close to you. you could be concerned for the wellbeing of another or concerned about a thing. concern is a feeling that you feel for something/someone.

i’m concerned about life and what i’m going to do with it.
i’m concerned that whatever i do won’t be enough. i wish i had more to do with myself than be concerned about things i should be doing.
