  1. Seriously do not have word to write, simply awesome

  2. you have to write about oneword, that means that one word can describe so many things, and you have to write perfect meaning

  3. As I moved through the giant machine, & it looked at me slice for slice I wondered, & it saw me wondering. About it, about me, about my tumor.

  4. Her eyes scanned the area, surveying any and all possible outcomes of this situation. Either she got out alive, or she didn’t. Hardly a sentimental idea.

The men around her didn’t stand dumbly like she did, however. They raced forward, guns a’blazing, ready to take her out for good. She didn’t stand a chance.

  5. He scanned as much of the dark room as his eyes would allow. He felt it, the weight of its presence. He thought they were finished with him these visits were over. There would be no more lights, no more experiments. It moved from the shadow toward him large black almond eyes held no comfort. It wasn’t over, it would never be over.

  6. As the mysterious man wearing a long, black overcoat walked through, the device scanned him and started to blurt and beep all over. Just then, he reached inside his jacket pocket and quickly drew a shotgun and shot the closest guard. Seeing this, two guards ran to the fallen guard and three ran after the man. They shot their handguns at the man but he expertly dodged them and ran to the nearest gate and bolted through, but the plane was already moving. He leaped into the air. Just then it seemed like time had frozen. The mystery man, in midair with bullets flying all around him, thew a small metalic sphere behind him into the air and as it landed through the gateway into the airport he also landed ontop of the left wing of the plane. He then ran ontop of the airplane as it was moving and climbed in through the door on the side. As soon as he opened the door, people, luggage, and whole seats were thrown out of the door and into the empty air, but the man hung on. Then he quickly darted to the cockpit and killed the pilot and took control of the plane. And as he flew away, he held in his hand a small device with only one button on it and it was red. He slow pressed it to enjoy the moment. As he pressed it you could here the blast from miles away. He felt sort of satisfied, but only moments later he needed more.

  7. The girls felt the people scan them over, like they were some dort of unknown being not meant for this world. They felt unconfortable. Until a voice broke the silence. “Welcome, young ones.”

  8. The heavyset man sat in his tree and scanned the jungle with his eyes. The enemy was here, he could sense it. Silent as death, he shinnied down the tree, oh so carefully, and started slithering through the trees, looking for his enemy. With a wet ‘splat!’ and a startling impact, he felt himself knocked out of the game of paintball and knew his son was getting much better than he was at the sport he loved.

  9. I sighed, hitting the buttons and scanning the 53rd page of the packet. I had always been a bit of a people-pleaser, but this had gone too far. Why had I agreed to scan the Moot Court packet with 93 pages in it for not one, not two, but THREE of my friends?

  12. “What are you doing here?” He asked and I didn’t have to look down at the clenched fists to know that he was angry. I tilted my head as I saw my reflection in his sea green eyes. I had messy blonde with dark streaks running through. I had an angular face, I guess, I was all narrow and pointy.

“I was at school and a satyr found me. Started freaking out when he smelt me. I guess he smelt our father,” I said with a shrug. It didn’t bother me on whether he reacted well to it. It had happened. He can’t change it.

“So you’ve guess that Poseidon is your dad?” He asked in a hushed whisper. He had made it so obvious that he didn’t want people to know. I worried that I wouldn’t have to do anything for people to figure out that we were twins. The way he acted was enough to people see something was up.

“It doesn’t take a no brainer to figure it out, doofus,” I shot back at him. He winced at the tone of my voice and rubbed the back of his neck. “If you want me to lie for you then you better start giving me an explanation.”

He took a slow breath, “how much has Chiron told you? About the war that’s going to happen?”

I paused and my blue eyes stared at him with slow realisation. “You’re the sixteen year old kid that’s going to stop it.”

He nodded once and there was a minute of silence between the two of us. I wasn’t sure on what to say. How could I say something to the likes of that? How could I keep my promise if he’s right in the middle of something like a war? “But with me here?”

“We don’t know who’s in the prophecy then. It could be you or me, whoever turns sixteen first. They choose whether the world goes to ashes or continues as it is.” He explains and I took a slow breath as I processed the information. I didn’t want it to happen to either of us but when it came down to it…if it had to be one of us. I wanted it to be me.

“So who’s older?” I asked. I know it’s something that the two of us should know off the top of our heads. But neither of us never thought about it. Neither of us cared.
“I don’t know,” He grunted in reply and pinched the bridge of his nose, “I tried so hard, Jake. So hard to keep you out of this place.”
“You don’t think I should have known?” I replied with a minute of hesitation and he slid his eyes back up to meet mine, “what about you,

  13. It was a popular item, this new phone. It does all these aswesome things!! But the best thing about it was that it scanned people’s faces and tells you exactly what they were thimking about you…

  14. It’s like taking a moment to take everything in. Like where you are in a beautiful scene and you just take a moment to see every detail, to feel every feeling..

  15. His mischievous smirk was barely visible in the darkness, but she could feel it pressed against her neck. She gripped his shoulders as he hoisted her up onto the copy machine. She wrapped her legs around his back as he whispered in hot pants that send shivers down her back. “Hold on.” Her body shook and a shock of neon green lit up the room as copier beneath her roared to life. “Did you just make a copy of my ass?” He laughed and leaned in closer to kiss her once again.

  16. “I scanned the paper and sent it over to you, did you not get it?” Oscar’s voice sounded disinterested.
“No, I didn’t. Could you please try again. I really need that document by, like, three days ago.” Leo was frustrated with Oscar’s uncaring behavior. There was no way he was going to close the case if even his partner didn’t care.

  17. You use a scanner to scan something. Then it becomes scanned. We have a scanner here that sounds like whirling of a jet engine. It’s a very strange noise coming from a strange object. Took us a while to work out what it was. It is very annoying.

  19. scanned like a barcode just another item on the shelf hoping someone picks you to take home wanting so badly to be scanned, the only thing making you different is a series of number and lines.

  20. She scanned the horizon for any sign of life, but it remained flat, unrelenting. Nothing but flat-packed earth and small, scrubby bushes for miles around.

  21. I cant write on something that has no meaning to me. I guess that I really need to look within. the only thing “Scanned” means to me is when you -scan- a paper to a computer. But i guess some words weren’t meant for depth. they are simple and that is a hidden beauty.

  22. Lucy gestured him to move away from the car, over towards the edge of the parking lot. Her gun was back in her pocket, but she made sure he knew it was still there. Once they were in the shade of the trees, she took out her mobile, and with an exaggerated gesture, turned it off. She then pointed at Doyle to do the same. Once he had done so, she took it from him, looked around them, then finally she spoke. “Sorry if my words and actions seem a little mismatched; things are getting complicated. Our phones are being scanned, and the car is wired too.” She pointed at him like she was scolding a little boy; “You’re in a much deeper rabbit hole than you think, Vincent, and I’m the only one who cares if you come out of it or not.” Then she pulled out a badge. “I’m with the Justice Department, we’re investigating election fraud, and we know everything you’ve been doing for the last seven months. so if you want to avoid going to jail, you work for us now.”

  23. The bar code was scanned and the ‘beep!’ made me jump about a foot in the air.
“Scare much?” A voice said behind me. I jumped about another foot in the air, and felt the hair rise on the back of my neck. I knew that voice, and it wasn’t a good thing.

  24. Technology always on my mind
    clock ticking
    spinning in my head
    taken from the cerebral wake
sheets of data passing across the table
all the machines tracking life’s course
    cells to bytes
    thoughts to ink

  25. Medical Forms
    College Forms
    Inked Drawings
Everything I ever made is appraised by the cursory glance of a glowing bar
to be judged by a cursory glance by an audience of one

    Yes or No.

  26. She quickly scanned the scenery with wide, open eyes. The fog lifted just enough for her to make out the buildings, if only sillhouettes.

  27. Robin scanned the battlefield, trying to see where their blue haired commander was amid the chaos. “That dastard, I told him not to go running off . He was already badly wounded on one of his arms, but insisted to keep fighting.

  28. One by one, the gang filed into the space, and one by one, they scanned the room. No one seemed to be openly carrying weapons, but that didn’t mean they weren’t simply concealed. The pool tables were all taken, as well as every stool at the bar. But that didn’t matter to these gals. One of them brushed a curl aside before marching up the counter and shoving a scrawny white bastard out of the way.

  31. I scanned the room for the source of the noise. I did not see anything. It was dark and quiet. Other than the high-pitched screeching. I needed to find it, if I were to keep my sanity.

  32. She scanned the room with her sparkling violet eyes, looking for clues into the lives of the people that surrounded her. She was in an old folks home, volunteering. At first she was in it to fulfill a graduation requirement but now, when she looked at these people, she was curious to accomplish more than that.

  33. I’ll always be scanning the crowd looking for you. I never find you, but that won’t stop me. When a choice encounter at a concert turns to love, and then to heartbreak, I’ll always bee looking for an excuse to see you.

  36. The monitor scanned the alien hidden within me. I had caught it crawling inside me, trying to push up towards my skull. I tied it around and kept it away. It never made it, but it affected me. I became like it. In my head, it says, “Kill.” In my head, I yell “Shut up.”

  37. I scanned my brain, searching for a parcel of empathy, for an impression of feeling… for any real spark of emotion. There was nothing.

  38. When they were all scanned and put asside
their IDs were returned, one by one
it was a fashion of sense
    So all moved smoothly
While they were passed back into their hands

at least one photo in the house

  39. my eyes scanned through the room
    and couldn’t find you.
    no locking peeps,
    green and brown,
merging to create a hazel mist.
    no synchronised smiles,
cigarette stained teeth defeated by white pearls in disguise.

  40. She scanned the crowd and did not see him. He told her he would be near the bar at 10 PM. Not there, again. She couldn’t believe she trusted him this time, after he stood her up twice before. She swore she was done. She felt stupid. Tears stung her eyes and she turned and headed toward the door. There he was, right in front of her, noses almost touching.
