  5. Width is a dimension. It is used in the formula for volume to find out how much something can hold. Width is the measure of how wide something is. It is different from the other dimensions, length and height. Width is an oddly spelled word that is usually pronounced ‘with.’

  6. I think I wrote about this yesterday…when do we get a new word? Width…width…this girl at my school is very wide, and everyone makes fun of her. I have befriended her, because I am such a freaking nice person. Now if you would please listen, 12 inches is the width of a ruler, like I’ve said before. Anything is better than the width of a cheeseburger. Like in the game twenty questions, is it as wide as a breadbox?
