  1. I kind of pity twigs. They get stepped on all the time and no one cares. Don’t people ever realise that without twigs, there won’t be plants? And without plants, we’d be dead. So thank twigs. Without them, we’d be dead!

    by Andie on 09.25.2009
  2. A twig. It is like a tiny branch. A branch. It is like a tiny tree. A tree. It is like a tiny forest. A forest. It is like a tiny Earth. And when you put this all together, you realize the parts. And every little part, has a little heart. See, each of these parts are part of a world. Or is a world.
    And now you see.
    Or do I see.

  3. A part of something bigger that is now on its own, the twig has a hard place in life. It knows the joy of being a tree, but now is only a twig. Will it die now that it is on its own?

    by Abbie on 09.25.2009
  4. twig is the part of large tree. It has the capability to develop into a full tree if planted and nurtured. If left to die, a twig separated from the tree looses its life and dies. The twig in the hands of the right person becomes the beginning of a green forest full off trees.

  6. what do i think about twigs? i dont know why but instantly i think about a fagget, which i guess is a pile of sticks. that is just what comes to mind. twig would be a stick, i feel like twig and stick are pretty synonymous. they are both referring to something smaller than a log, much smaller but nothing too thick, well i guess a stick could be pretty thick but not the kind that would be in a pile of sticks.. for some reason i feel like a pile of sticks would contain smaller sticks, something easy to stomp on

  10. the twig was perfect for whatever plan i hadn’t thought up yet. i carried it with me all the way to the building my class was in. i’m sure it completed the look; bare feet, long hair, and this twig. i was as wild as their imaginations wanted me to be. i was content with that. it was enough.

  11. She snapped. Just as easily as it had begun, it had ended. Her journey to the ground had been in vain as the man’s crushing boot descended on her body. It seemed, then, that her life was nothing more than hope, a beginning with such a tragic end- a snap.
