She was clearly flustered, her mascara skewed at the edge of her eyes, her lipstick smudged beyond the corners.

  6. Timing is a funny thing when you think that things are not going your way. You think that your timing is off. But then how can time ever really be off when we keep track of it constantly. Timing can’t really be off it must be our sense of who we are and what we’re doing.

  7. I really don’t have good timing when it comes to everyday activities. I wish that I were better at managing it so that I could do more in my day. As I grow and learn perhaps I will be better at it and teach others.

  13. timing can mean everything or nothing. so many opportunities in life are missed simply because of timing…and vice versa. timing almost defines us and how are lives work out.

  16. I was running at the opponent, watching her watching me. She was aiming to score a try. I was aiming to stop her. As she got closer, I started preparing for the tackle. The timing had to be just right for me to get her down.

  20. It’s everything that matters. When you don’t have the right timing it will fall apart in front of you, like a world crashing down around your ears. You think you’re on top, don’t say the wrong thing or you’ll be proved otherwise. Don’t take too long, don’t take too short, but seize the day. Call it what you will and give yourself over to what it could be.

    by Jordan Sears-Zeve on 02.02.2010
  21. my timing has always been off. sometimes i go up to a person and say, ” today is awesome! how has your day been?” and they say, “my mother just died in a car accident today.” bad timing. for sure.

    by Nick on 02.02.2010
  22. should be perfect every time. if timing isnt perfect than why should we even bother trying. its not a matter of being perfect really. its more like doing things right.

  25. time is something most people dont think about.
they just kind of accept it as it happens, take it as it comes. which i guess is the best way to go about it. times a bitch, but once you get used to her its almost as if she isnt even there. shes a beautiful woman who can stab you in the back and break your heart, or give you everything you ever wanted and more.

    by Arsi on 02.02.2010

  28. Timing is necessary in so many activities. It is a way to measure ability–for example, who can do the best job in the least amount of time. After all, time is money, and it would be wise to save both. Time seems to pass by so quickly these days.

    by anna on 02.02.2010
  29. Perfect timing you have, sir. I asked you to be here hours ago, and as I look at my clock, here you are.. late!
Alas, I shouldn’t have expected you to be on time.. your track record and all.

  33. it’s about having coincidences line up just so that the forces of life and nature (the same in one) make things happen. Some say coincidence; others say fate; I try to say just what was meant to happen.

  34. He was walking out of the building just in front of me. His feet crossed into the unsafe territory, and it was all fair game from there.

    Kill number two.

People just aren’t very observant these days.

  35. Timing is everything. Timing can be the difference in winning and losing, and no one likes to lose. There is a right time for everything, so we are told.

    by Jessie on 02.02.2010
  36. Timing the morning tasks and then forgetting that time even exists hugging children and surfing the internet timing becomes a lack of planning and an act spontaneity. Timing is nothing compared to love and beauty in the way the sunlight crinkles through icy stalagmites hanging on the apple tree. Timing is gazing at the moon then howling for the pure joy of having a dog companion. Love is about NOT timing. Timing limits the human limits the thought process limits the joy. Avoid limits. Appointments are only for doctors, dentists, and lawyers. Keep the appointments. Lose time. Love the moment. Embrace your own timing, your own pace, your own life. Watch. Pay attention. Then you be in a place where timing is whole, holy, alive. Responsive not reactive. Timing is everything? No–God is.

    by CarolAnn on 02.02.2010
  37. timing is everything. everything revolves around it, everything depends upon it. could we forget about the timing for just one day? enjoy what we are doing without worrying about when it is about to end?
