Stillness is the quietness within. It is the most powerful dimension within the human being. Stillness is attained by meditation and requires not a lot of discipline but a lot of practice. It is important to have stillness within for a healthy life and for a healthy body.
There are more than a thousand words that I can use to describe stillness. Not being able to move, not wanting to move, not willing to do with anything. But there’s another part. There’s that part where you have peace within yourself and you want nothing to do but with yourself. You realize that you have so much more than what you’re given and that stillness gives you peace.
