  3. I really needed to make a statement in this world, otherwise, I’m just another human being.
    That is when I decided to take up Guerrilla Art. Quite easy, make a sticker or stencil, spray or stick it in the location of your choice, but you have to be anonymous, and you can’t get caught.
    I got caught. They sent me to work as a slave for the Government. I’ve been Blacklit. Watch out for me, I am a monster. I can hardly think on my own, let alone rebel. I am weakening, soon I will be a shell. A robot.

  12. i make statements. statements are made by a lot people. people make random witty statements or can be really mean. real people don’t really care much about statements. they are all entitled by some one else’s opinion. statements are just delivered opinions. on one makes a statement in its true sense. they just pass off opinions. i think the human race has lost its ability to think for themselves.

  13. I can’t make a statement without doubting the angle I’m taking. There are so many sides to any one truth, I don’t want to feel like a misinformed liar. Sometimes, however, I realize that it’s admirable to be firm in your convictions.

  14. I made a statement to my husband the morning after two days ago…oh wait, that was yesturday. It was a little comment about something she wore the night before at a dinner with some of my politician friends and for that I got put in the doghouse.

    Be careful of what you say, you have no idea who is listening, or where what you say will lead.

  17. a sentence made by a person about their ideas or opinions. no room for arguement or other opinions. can be forcefully, usually just factual. not too much emotion involved, unless beginning an argument.

  19. i am currently making a statement. people always make statments about things that they believe in like a fashion statement or a rebelling of some kind to inspire people with their statements. yes. Also I somehow cheated and got 60 more seconds, that’s pretty strange you’d think they would have some kind of protection against this kind of thing but i guess not…how peculiar

  20. I looked around at the widespread mess of papers that were on the hardwood desk. I searched endlessly, trying to find the statement. To no avail; it was lost among-st the plethora of sheets.

  21. The sky was a darker grey than usual and walking beneath it I could feel an oppressive weight bearing down on my already tired and sunken shoulders. The clouds were static, heavy and especially low over the city, not breezily drifting across the sky as they were in my dreamy expectations of working life.   22. I make a statement you do not necessarily agree. If I agree with the statement and you do not agree with the statement this is a source of consternation for me. Likewise I would imagine that if you make a statement that you agree with, and I do not agree with it, that this may be a source of consternation for you. I worry about making two respective statements, each of which we respectively agree with, and, finding that neither of our respective selves agrees with the statement made by the other, feeling consternation toward each other and perhaps ourselves.

  33. i had to give this to the cops right. my couple words describing what i saw. shit, i just saw what everyone else did, nothing different. It made no difference to them though, so i wrote my story down and handed it to them. And thats how i ended up in these handcuffs.

  40. I shuffled my papers nervously in front of me, straightening my tie. The con’s of being valedictorian were numerous, but this….this was by far the worst. The entire school assembly waited eagerly in front of me. Their attention now mine. The worst shooting in our schools history and I had to make a statement. I had to provide closure. What about me?
