  33. Startled. I looked away briefly while this page loaded, and found myself startled. Something about one word always seems to startle me. I want to branch off into my own direction, sometimes with a plan in advance to steer this in a direction I have thought out, if the word gives me any way to get there. Most of the time I see the word and am startled into a very literal pattern of thought, surrounding the definition of the word, kind of like right here.

  40. When I was born I was starled to find that I was alone. I was so used to being with another, always with another, that I found it difficult to intergrate into my own body. I was not made for one. And yet I find it odd that as I got older, I discovered a discomfort when another was laying on me as if I couldnt move, was pinned in. I experienced panic moments devoid of rational thinking. My whole demener became about exscaping getting away form the heaviness that another was, in my mind tittering on the border of survival, crushing me. Fighting for survival became my only and one thought. I had to get away, get air, freedom.. what was that all about when I was so used to being with another.
