  1. I was never very good at sports. My athlketicism was entirely due to my form and shape. i was born with a good shape for sorts, but beyond that, I was nothing. I did try to impress the ladies. I did try to make it on to teams and often succeeded on the merit of my shape.

  4. I don’t really like sports, I was never good at them. But I always admired people who did. They had the nicest bodies, and looked like what I felt people should look like. Slender legs, muscular arms, abs like rock. I so wanted to be good at sports but just running make me feel winded.

  5. Soccer is the best sport and i love it and it helps bring people together, like the olympics! everyone comes together all over the world and join in one thing together. and the world cup1 in south africa, and yes its a battle but we’re all chasing the same goal! It also helps make people fit, makes us healthy.

  6. I never really cared for sports. Honestly the only reason I tried out tennis my junior year was so my mom would feel better about my social prospects. sometimes I feel guilty about not liking athletics because people make you feel like a lard eating intestinal worm if you don’t get really fired up about what’s happening on ESPN.

  8. I played a lot of sports as a kid. I was the captain for my lacrosse and field hockey teams. I always thought I’d continue to play both of these sports during high school and college.

Boy, was I in for a doozy.

  9. wow. way to pick something original. it makes me think of “adidas” which supposedly stands for “all day i dream about sports.” really i like to think that some guy made adidas up in high school, its real meaning being “all day i dream about sex” but when his mom asked, he changed it from sex to sports. and…ah…a new brand was born.

  13. Fenway Park provides me with an amazing sense of comfort and home each time I step foot into its incredible stadium. Each time I am overwhelmed with memories of not only my team’s great successes and failures. I’ve been there with the Red Sox and other devoted fans for both the good and the bad. I am happy to say that I know the routine for a either win or a loss that follows after the game. Either way Boston fans have stuck and will continue to stick with their amazing boys on Fenway’s field because we are genuine fans and have more faith than any other team in baseball.. just visit the oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball, Fenway Park, and you will instantly fall in love like the rest of us.

  14. Sports get the blood pumping and the heart moving. The thrill of competition brings fourth an adrenaline rush. The sweat, the focus, and the determination is what turns men into machines. Pain is ignored with the goal in sight

  16. Sports…I’m no good at them, but I enjoy watching them. Especially when my friend are playing.

  17. I love sports. Of course, I’m not good at them AT ALL. but they are still fun. the best sports are the contact sports, or the ones that require incredible wit or instincts. Hockey is the best contact sport, and riding is definitely the best think-on-your-feet sport. I love sports!!!!!!

  18. The day that we set out for the golf course was grey, to say the least. There seemed to be a haze of guilt that hung over the place as I realized I’d forgotten my father’s prized clubs. I ran home to fetch it immediately, and when I returned, he greeted me with a smile.
“We all make mistakes,” he said, “They help us to learn.”
