  1. I feel more and more like a kiddie pool. I know as we grow older we are supposed to become less shallow, yet it feels just the opposite for me. The older I get, the more shallow I become. The more I represent the depth of that kiddie pool. Shallow.

  3. Shallow are the words that have been repeated from her tongue time and again. Her mouth is a trap. “I love you,” she says. She is beautiful, and her whisper creeps down your neck and tickles your back, enveloping your skin and warming you. You have to believe her. You want to. She is everything and nothing.

  10. there isn’t any depth, i mean i could step into this and my toes would probably be showing out of the water. But it’s cold and i can see teh pebbles twinkling under the ripples and it’s very pretty. I think we should all look at the shallow a little more, maybe it would teach us that even something that doesn’t have that kidn of depth… i could still be beautiful.

    wisdom to her breast,
    cherishing the rest…

  35. It was stupid, really, how people could look at her and see nothing but an empty, petty, shallow girl. How they could look down upon her and determine her as good for nothing more than a fuck simply because she had odd, lavender colored eyes and was charming and naturally beautiful. They never cared about her, never got to know her, and never did anything besides peg her as a shallow fool. Even Parvati had been wary at first and had confided in her years later than she hadn’t quite expected her to be as intelligent as she was.
