Six men, and only one chance. If all goes to plan, myself and these other five men will reach the moon and be crowned ‘first moon landers,’ my name is Neil Armstrong and Im here with my collegues, Buz aldrin, Francis Bloomer, David Price, Harry Putter and Samuel Harper and we are just leaving earth. We are travilling at 17km a second and it is going to take us one light year to reach our destination, the moon and plant our flag on this wonderfull ball of light, i will talk later when we reach the moon.

Okay, we’re at the moon and we have planted our flag. It seems that some people back at earth have been reporting that our moon landings are fake because the flag is moving however, we have just realised we have accidently landed on the sun and my feet are getting burned so i will come back later when I actually do reach the moon.

So, all of my collegues have just fell of the sun and died, so iam going to jump off, goodbye:).

  4. I rise and it is midnight. The sun is not out yet, but my heart remains split open on my chest for everyone to see. I do not know how I will act today. I do not know how I will feel today. I feel as if I am a ticking time bomb. I feel like I can detonate at any moment. I do not want to lose all of my progress.

  5. rise from the death
but she knows she is not really dead
    she is just dying inside
and she can’t decide which one is worse

  6. the sun rise up above the sky, brightens the world with it’s ray but he didn’t have the will to open his eyes and greets the day. he is to comfortable lying on his bed that he didn’t want to even lift his finger and face the day. but soon he had to wake up to go to class and be a student as he is supposed to. a grunt goes pass his mouth when his alarm, apparently has the same ideology in getting him out of his comfortable bed.

  7. rise like the sun
like a phoenix from her ashes
    shine brightly
    go on
    be happy
    be free
    be alive
in the blazing glory of a new day
after a long cold night in november

  8. I rise after I fall…. sometimes it takes a bit longer to rise but I always seem to at the end of the day rise back up again. When people fall we forget what it is our journey is about, that we need to fall, to become stronger once again, and in turn rise out of the ashes me once were.

  9. Sun rises high above the clouds across the meadow. I rise and wake full-spiritedly for the next day yearning for what it will offer for me. Everything is so undescribably wonderful on that day.

  10. Burning torches and red faces, but no hoods, no balaclavas. We have no shame in this, no secrets. We sweep the streets like a slow stampede – calculated and considered but no less catastrophic. We don’t scream, we don’t shout, but the sound of smashing windows is drowned beneath the beat of marching feet.
Storm strike the city streets; united swarm; swamp assassin.
Together we swell to fill the space, together we stand beneath city hall steps.
    Together we rise.

  11. He rose out of the ashes. All the pain that had consumed his life, he was able to look past. I was able to find beauty in the pain. His past could no longer hold him, he was finally free.

  12. Rise my fine young warriors! Rise up and rage against the immoral decay that threatens our planet. Deal with the frackers and the wolf killers and give them what they deserve! Do your best and I ask no more of you. Make the world a better place for future generations. STOP the power mad war mongers and the politicians who grow rich like fatted cattle fed upon the dead husks of toxic GMO foods from Monsanto. STOP MONSANTO! STOP the desecration of our planet before it is too late!

  13. My temper (and blood pressure) were rising almost uncontrollably yesterday. This is now the third? fourth? time I’ve written about it today. You seriously would not believe how bad the traffic is over here, just insane.

  14. don’t think. just write. the sum rises and the words scan across the page. Something rises with it. A shimmering in the air. A creeping. A sense of something coming. You can feel it in the flesh. like an itch. A change is coming.

  16. They stood sullen and sultry in the breaking dawn. Bitter disgust rising in the back of their throats. Cold faces hard in a warm morning, salty breeze blowing through dirty hair. White knuckles popped as they watch the first rowboats drop to the sea.

  17. In life, you always need and want to rise. But what matters the most, is to be happy, to feel like every day is a gift and a way to find your place in the world.

  18. I will come up from this rockbottom because the only thing I can do now is rise. And the words you’re saying may mean nothing to you but everything to me. and soon enough, I will become your words… but that’s not true anymore. I feel so alive, I can do anything I want. And the first thing on my list? To show you me. To show you what I can really be, how I should be, how I could be, how I WANT to be. And what do I want to be? Me. And you are just going to have to accept that whether you like it or not :)

  19. I will come up from this rockbottom because the only way is to rise. And the words you’re saying may mean nothing to you but everything to me. and soon enough, I will become your words… but that’s not true anymore. I feel so alive, I can do anything I want. And the first thing on my list? To show you me.

  20. He just wanted a rise out of me. Once the tears fell down from my cheek he knew that’s all he wanted. Some sick, twisted satisfaction he got out of seeing me cry..I was disgusted. And to call this monster a father? No fathers were present when I was raising myself.

  21. We need to rise after we fall. Only after we rise do we realise what we need to achieve and what lies ahead of us. We need to hold our heads high. It is easy to fall, but rising up after we fall takes effort and courage. Failure should be the stepping stone to success.

  24. He could feel it in him rising. The uncontrollable feeling of impatience;boredom. He had tried so hard to just be content with his almost perfect life, but something inside him was restless. Something inside of him wanted more. Craved, more.

  25. Maya Angelou’s poem

    Sea levels

    Aqueous

  27. Rise and fall of the alien child’s chest inside the birthing bay of the ship. The drips of the newborn puddle with those of its mother, who is panting through her fangs from the exertion of pushing a 200 lb spiked child through her mouth.

    by Caryn on 11.29.2012
  28. She rises in the morning like a displaced log rises to the surface of a tumultuous river; it’s not deliberate. It’s not something she wants to do, but rather, something her personal force of nature compels her to do. A log doesn’t choose which parts of the river it flows down, and neither does she.

  29. To rise is a wonderful thing. People rise people rise against those above them. Temperatures rise and its generally a good thing unless it happens slowly worldwide. Which is a very bad thing. Sometimes people get a rise of out of me. Sometimes I rise to the challenge. Rising action is important to stories and rising is important to bread.

  30. To rise;
    but where to?
I could rise out of the ashes
    into the flame
or I could rise out of the ordinary
    into the spectacular
    I spend too much time
    thinking about where to rise
    to ever try

  31. i rise. he’s crying, snot running down his face and blood pouring from his busted lip. standing over him. it was always this way, a step above but feeling so low. why cant you just stand up and take the hits? i’ll cry for you this night, leave you bleeding on the floor like you did to me time and time again. Nothing has changed.

  32. I wish we typed from the ground up instead of from left to right. I think it’d be a better replication of what we actually do when we create something, we build words, sentences, and ideas from the ground up. I think words are ultimately like little plants, and then sentences form trees and vines, ideas make whole worlds!

  33. The bread wouldn’t rise and my eyebrow began to twitch a tempo the great guitarists and pianists would be impressed with. I grabbed my rolling pin, and the bread, while still rebelling in the oven, was now my target of vengeance. I swung with Thor’s might and beat the bread into oblivion with a rippling battle cry!

  34. Awake beyond the mornings rise, dawn as shame for what he couldn’t complete during the day past. The bible sits on his lap, headphones on his head and a slight chill so slight that one would not normally notice it, has chosen to blanket his arms. A pen lies between the two pages. Gospel of mark as a work of effort rather than pleasure, faith shall never take root in this context. If the martyr messiah were alive, or if he were to be divine, he’d not wish for his work to be forced! Then again what isn’t.

  35. I want her to rise against the evils that plague her, but instead she has given in. They eat at her like a flesh eating virus, crippling her mind and blinding her from what is right. The terrors she has seen now haunt her thinking. The world seems twisted and distorted now. What was wrong is now right and what is right is uninteresting and monotonous.

  36. Rise above the rest.
    Fall.
    Drown amongst their bodies.
    Try to rise again.
    Fail.
    Such is life.

  38. The morning sun peaks rises over the mountain as I look off into the trees. The dew has made the grass cold at my feet and the moisture in the air tickles my face. I don`t know what it is that has drawn me to this place but I can hear the whisper on the wind. My name. I am home.

  40. It was too long before I knew what happiness was. I still have trouble recognizing whether I’m truly happy or just relieved to be rid of loneliness. I loved my family, but it took them too long to realized they loved me too.
