  2. orchids i saw them in singapore and i remember my mum telling me oh these are orchids and then i went back to school and told everyone that these were my favourite flowers. my boyfriend’s street name is orchid, i always confuse it with orchard, its a strange spelling of a word.

  4. Orchids are the most underrated flower. Everyone loves a lily or a daisy, or even the occasional rose. But does anyone love an orchid? Why is this one specific flower disenfranchised from being loved by all? Poor orchid. I weep for you, but I do not keep you in my garden, or in a vase in my window.

    for 20 years i wondered, i sat alone in my room, looking out the window at the orchids that grew beside the garage. i was to frightened to leave. but i was captivated.

They often appear in bouquets in flower shops.

  19. Orrchis remind me of plants. they are a classification of platns and some other type of platn i dont know. it can also mean a fruit orchid such as an apple orich, as it reminds me of it. It makes me think about my interests in sceince and me wanting to go father and gain more knowledge about plants. I want to know more about the world

  27. It can become frustrating looking for the perfect love. Finding one’s way through windy paths and unset roads can lead to a wrong turn and a troublesome failure. But when the paths no longer seem to stir your curiosity you have another option. leave the familiar path and trail your own way. There is where your can find your Orchid. one amongst all the mundane flowers and roots youve seen. Its real, I’ve seen it.

  29. Orchids fall heavily today upon me when I’m standing in that greenhouse. Greenhouses always seem to give me some comfort. When the outside smells of them, it always seems as if I’m home, regardless where I am. Orchid’s petals are falling on my now and I can’t seem to smell greenhouses anywhere anymore.

  33. in costa rica, they have orchid farms. one that i went to had over thirty varieties. most were very small. i find them to be more romantic than roses.
