Mello as a mountain mist, the dew pays upon the trees hearts mew as a cat’s purr. smooth like jazz the low sax playing in my mind’s ear. resting silently watching thre clouds pass overhead. the sun is warming into a soft heat. dreams part from my waking body. iroll over to silence the alarm and stretch into the morning. cobwebs drain from my head like the bath tub. pops and snaps awaken my stiff sleep joints. muscles burn against the movements. mellow is replaced by an assault on my senses. Bright glazing light pouring into the room. throw back the covers to a freezing cold room pressure and pain in the bladder. hunger what to do first…rise and lose myself in a room i should be acxcustonmed to but the hours of nioght drain my memory.

I sense it is a taste that comforts my tongue and let’s me go on my weary way of beginnings and ends, without complaint. Bowing without compromise, stepping over and through complications, mellow takes me through to do it again and again with haste.
I feel cool, mello relaxed for the first time in my life. I have tried everything to get relaxed bathing, cleaning, excercising, but nothing worked except hanging out with my incredible friends watching a fabulous movie.
