My feet skidded on the dirt because my legs were longer than the average kid on that swing. I paused at the height of my swing; I saw her below me. We raced past eachother. Neither of us said anything. We liked it that way. The leaves turned from green to orange, from orange to red, and from red to brown, until eventually they fell off and shriveled up. The swings are empty now, except for a few dead leaves resting on them.

  31. bycicle handles are pretty cool since they prevent you from falling off your bike, but then when you jerk forward its the first thing to hit you… which kinda sucks if it weren’t that dangerous i’d like it but then i’d be like a unicycle with two wheels or just a bicycle with no handles which is pretty weird too oh well i guess we can’t do much about that.
