  1. i never understood when people say “you’re glowing” when someone’s pregnant. to me, they always just look like they’re in pain and miserable. pregnancy just freaks me out in general. it completely transforms your body, sometimes in abad way. things are never the same. so i don’t understand how that makes you glow…

Well I realize I may have been going a bit too fast officer but you surely can’t be serious. Yes, I understand that I was speeding but I was on a skateboard, that can’t count? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU’RE GIVING ME A TICKET!? No I DO understand that you have a job to do and that you must explain this to your supervisor, but how am I supposed to explain to my insurance company that I got points on my license for speeding on a skateboard!?

  13. I wish I could wake up in the morning like my dog does, full of energy with both a smile and a yawn. But she’s only a year old. I was like that when I was a kid. Perhaps in a couple years, I’ll wake up to find her in the kitchen, half awake with a cup of coffee in one paw and a stack of bills in the other.

  18. Change of scenery. Glowing! I like to glow…radiating mellow drop of wholesome goodness. Energy glows from within the parabola. Exuding radiation that can separate from any existence following a force strong enough to unravel. In the dark i follow the light….always allowing ample room to scamper away if need be.

  20. The candle was glowing. It wasn’t a majestic glow or anything but it was enough. It made up for the lack of stars in the sky and the too-dim moon that hung over the city. He didn’t say much to her, only a quick huff as the candle blew out. She smiled knowingly and held the candle closer as he attempted to relight it.

  35. It wouldn’t stop glowing. That was the first of many problems, but, as we have already been over at length, those problems will come later. Much later. This was a big problem.

    It just wouldn’t stop. I hit it, kicked it, threw it, sliced it a little bit and even licked it. The only thing I learned was that the glow is contadious. Now my entire house has the glow.
