  1. I hate it when I walk into the band room and I’m just taken down by the overpowering stench of someone’s “fragrance.” You know what I mean, when people spray like a metric shit-ton of perfume all over themselves because they think it will attract someone to them when in reality it suffocates anyone within a ten-foot radius.

  2. Upon re-entering my house, I was instantly blessed with the sweet fragrance of the food that I had left sitting on my livingroom floor the weekend before. I always forget something when I’m leaving the house.

    I love them,
    I buy them,
in bottles and bobbing bars, in willowy flammable sticks and oily elixirs, in shampoos, in crunchy yummy salts. Peony, amber, jasmine, patchouli, pepper, anise, rose, oh, and I love sweat.

  5. The cool cascades which ring
    Music to the ears

  9. It makes me think of butterflies. And shampoo. And hair. Girl’s hair, specifically. And Jasmine, the flower. Because Jasmine flowers have sex through butterflies, so they smell like each other. Yum, fragrance. It’s a good smell. Scent*.

  10. So important, either way. The right one– heaven. The wrong one –thanks stinky-ass people on the El today– hell. Nothing like too much, even if it’s good, though.

  11. Fragrances are really nice perfumes. It is a difficult word to write at times, but they always smell good. Its hard, especially for women, to find the perfect fragrance. sometimes they can be too sweet, or too old lady like. Sometimes they are expensive sometimes they aren’t. I wish I had a fragrance. Sometimes you can be allergic to them. Fragrances are great.

  12. Your smell carries across the room. Filling it with only distant memories of what was or could have been. Your fragrance only upsets me and rage fills my body. You’re my friend and I respect you to the fullest extent; but hey…you blow me off.

  13. I smell a rat. But that is a different kind of a smell than fragrance… like the smell that wafts down on a summer’s day from a Magnolia tree and fills my breath with sweetness.

  20. She smelled like fragrance. Not something, just something fake. Not like the roses in the summer or the lilacs in spring, but rather a bottle of perfume that someone had given her for her birthday. She had put too much on when she was getting ready for work in the morning and now I had to put up with it. I hated working in a cubicle. I could smell everything about everyone else.

  26. can be strong. too strong.
    can be weak. too weak.
    can be delicious.

  32. Her fragrance was intoxicating. Most people wouldn’t think so, they’d think she just smelled like a guy. I think she wore old spice, the guy deodorant. But whenever I sat next to her, laid by her side, let her cuddle up to me, or even walked past someone wearing the same deodorant on my way into a classroom… if I smelled it, I smelled her.

The other when I want to feel more innocent. It’s got pink diamonds on the bottle. I also love when guys smell good. it makes them so much more attractive to me.

  40. I wish I could be one of those pretty girls from a magazine.
You know the types. Perfectly curled hair, flawless skin, stylish clothes. And sometimes they get classy with their red lipstick and rouged cheeks and perfume. Oh, you can’t forget the fragrance, that lures in many a hapless male.
But I’m just a nerdy little schoolgirl and the only fragrance I give off is that of pencil lead and old books. Such is life.
