  4. the evidence is there, etched in fine white lines across my skin
    faint and full of shame
    but evidence of what?
a sorrow that was likely never there?
a wandering mind, poisoned by boredom?
    not a cry for attention
    no
    hell no
    anything but that
    hide it away again
    the evidence
    shameful evidence
but why did i put it there in the first place?

  5. Most of the time you have to guess what people are thinking because there is no evidence or indication of what’s inside. It drives me crazy!

    by Courtney on 09.27.2011
  6. Evidence. Do you look at me? Do you look away? Does the sky colour change from blue depending on what they say? Does it take the winds howl to let you know? Does it take the smallest microorganism or the furthest star? You are real, and this is your life. This is your warm breathe. This is your computer screen.

    by laetitia on 09.27.2011
  7. evidence is what surrounds us and what our intelligence is based on. if we cannot provide any evidence at all then there is no intelligence given to us. If it exists then there must be some tangible evidence to suppose that it is. something that you see is not so much neccessarily evidence but it is a factor of brainwaves telling you that you see something but it is a step in the right direction to find something evidential.

  8. crime
    parts
    accident

  10. Evidence helps you discover what was lost, hidden or just hiding out of the light. It brings the truth and an understanding that will overcome all confusion.

  11. like some kind of lawyer tied up to the stand there are witnesses bearing down on me breaking me hurling me into some kind of unconsciousness restored to faith by the bustling briefcases that are our intergalactic travel

    by Jack on 09.27.2011
  12. CSI. Most of me thinks that the real investigatory world does not work this way. Of course, it might? I mean where do they get this stuff? Either way, well done, agent Caruso, or whatever your name is. Please start coming up with better one liners, they aren’t very clever.

  13. it is what I have to find everyday. All my teachers, all of the historians I read, every intellectual I meet in Berkeley tells me to get my evidence , use it well, and make them believe that it can’t be understood any other way .

    by Hal on 09.27.2011
  14. You swept away all remembrance of hate
a sweet reminder of simpler times
years ago when loving looks came easily
all has come undone and there is nothing left to say
but love will never be the same
I am confined by passions left behind
a night where nothing but the sunrise could stop us
bed soft with secrets not allowed to speak
my fingers missing every inch of solid flesh
now resigned to cold sheets and the sleepless feats of fear
a longing like this has been recorded a thousand times
    but somehow this time
    with my heart
    with my head
    with your absence
its like nothing I’ve ever heard before

  15. he wrote evidence in the court in order to convict the man of his crime a black hearted wastrel whom he had been humiliated by. An unfortunate turn of events I am sure!

  16. She didn’t have any evidence on him, did she?
He had seen the murder in his wife’s eye, had picked up on her clues, but still he refused to believe that she knew. He’d been smarter than that. He had covered his tracks: sprayed himself with cologne before coming home late, drove out of the way in case she followed him, never stayed too late.
As he walked through the door, into his home, he knew she couldn’t know. Not now, of course, and not ever. She’d never figure it out.

  17. a piece of information used to come to a conclusion regarding a certain decision on case. commonly brought before the courts in order to decide a case against an arrested person.

  20. The evidence was clear. The man in the trench coat was not the murderer. He was the victim. I had no idea what to do.So, I walked over o one of my colleagues and told him abs hidout the scene. He seemed like he was hiding somehing. I knew that I shouldn’t have trusted him. But, just as I was pulling the handcuffs out of my pocket to arrest him, He shot me in the chest. And as I hit the ground with a muffled thud, I knew that he wiuld never get away with the crime. Because, I was wearing a bulletproof vest.

  21. evidence or lack of evidence can determine wether or not a person is at fault for something. A perfectly innocent person can be convicted because there is just that much evidence. While at the same time a completely guilty person can roam free thanks to lack of evidence. I truthfully dont think its right too many guilty get to live their lives completely fine for years while innocent people get to sit in a cell for something they didnt even do. Something seriously needs to be done about this .

  22. You thought that I would never find out. Even when I told you that I always figure out a way to find out, you ignored me. You didn’t even try to hide until it was too late.

  23. The evidence was on her face; the blush made her radiant. It spread across from the bridge of her nose to the apples of her cheeks. His lips on hers was something that did this to her. It made her heart soar and she fell in love all over again every single time.

  24. evidence is seen through out the world as something that is positive. Something that definite. Something that can be measured. Evidence is more than that. Evidence allows us to make discernible decisions. Evidence cannot be 100% positive.

    by Rachewew on 09.26.2011
  25. The genius of the evidence relies in it’s ability to clear any doubt. However, there must be a doubt in the first place or the evidence would not exist at all.

    by Beto Kntu on 09.26.2011
  26. The evidence was convincing. I read the summary again to try and make the words stick. She was a sociopath.

  27. The evidence is all around me. It’s hard to convince anybody else that it’s there. Nobody else can see it, but I can. And I know it’s there. There paranoia. The insomnia. The inability to eat. Yes, all of the evidence is right there. And it all points to my insanity.

    by Morgan on 09.26.2011
  28. The evidence was as clear as the present sky, which wasn’t very clear at all. the sky was littered with gray clouds, while the the air was cold and wet. Today’s murder case wasn’t looking good for the detectives.

  29. Pessimist? There was hardly anything to convict me of a better opinion. Their evidence is ziplock bags filled with the wishy washy memories they wish they could have had. I could barely convince myself to form an opinion, let alone a positive one of this evidence they so faithfully presented.

    by Morgan on 09.26.2011
  30. There was no evidence to prove that she did it. She was careful. Meticulous even. That was her talent. It was why she did it in the first place. The thrill of the act and the fact that no one could ever prove it was her. It was like leading a double life. She could get away with anything. How powerful it made her feel.

  31. there is so much evidence to the contrary. does that mean that there is evidence for something else? can i only see one thing at a time, or am i forced to see what i don’t have. evidence never intrigued me like it does in this instance… i am never going to feel like this again, however i cant get my mind around the concept of learning something new without disproving something else. Can a sponge ever clean something, or is it always just moving the dirt.

    by Alellan Hirpo on 09.26.2011
  32. the evidence was there in his pocket. a name a phone number and a map, in flourescent purple gel ink, written on the inside of a pack of green death cigarettes. The only person she knew who smoked those was Charlene, and she also had paid at the bar enough to know that Charlene liked purple ink.

So he had been to Charlene’s house, and been there enough he didn’t need the map anymore.

  33. The evidence is just the only thing taht we have. When there’s a problem, we look to the evidence as to the creation of the problem. But sometimes the evidence IS the problem. Like with darwinnisim. That’s the problem with it; there’s too much evidence for it. There’s not enough for anyone to refute it, but at the same time, we deny all the evidence. So what happens when we deny evidence? We fall to fear and loathing and insanity. That’s the point of evidence. Just that.

  34. The clear evidence
    Of your dirty, cheating ways.
    I truly hate you.

  35. there’s no evidence that i’m not cheating on you. but there’s no evidence that i am.
i wish you weren’t so paranoid.
    i wish you trusted me.
if you could see into my heart, that would be enough evidence for anyone. evidence for how much i truly do love you.

  36. the overly cheerful tone of her voice was the cracking facade shelling the evidence needed to prove what i heard was, in fact, true. her intentions had never been more clear than they were at that very moment.

  38. the jury reviewed the evidence. I am evidently unimpressed. Mathematics. I can never prove myself, or explain myself in that matter. Seek knowledge.

    by Sarah on 09.26.2011
  39. Evidence is something that can give you the power to win and show you the truth. DNA is a evident about to whom you belong and your type. without a evident you’ll be just a mystery, without a identity card.

  40. i know the evidence doesn’t fair well. everyone has pointed this out. but everyone doesn’t know what i know. everyone hasn’t been there. …She has. ..I wonder if the evidence is as clear in her head as it is in mine. I wonder if she lets herself remember. ..Or if I’m the only one left, still hanging on.
