  2. He laughed as the burtain flew upwards onto the smiling face of the first four rows. They sat for a while with the curtain on their faces, feeling the honor if it’s bristles on their skin, before slowly whisking it off to see Mrs. Mayberry on the top of a great horse, reeling off this week’s speech, on the importance of the family. Nobody was really listening, the focus mainly being at her newlyreconstructed eyes, but they were taking it in. Oh yes.

  10. there was this one time where I went to this dinner party and instead of the dinner being before the even it was the event. Food should be seen more as an experience rather than something we shovel down our “throat holes” It has this spiritual power to is. Why does Jesus use food to illustrate that His body would be broken and blood shed using food? There is this feeling that I get at least that Jesus knew the power that food has… it makes or breaks your day, it lifts your spirits, it comforts you when you feel down. Food is an event.

  19. The event was taking too long to plan. The labourers were lazy, nothing like the ones he was used to working with in Mumbai. It was really important that they get the stage in place by nine pm. He was sweating now. If he couldn’t work the dealine because of these asinine workers, his head would roll.
It was the first event of its kind in the city.

  22. I dont think i can describe this event with all the time in the world. I mean she was standing right there and I couldnt of done anything. I can’t just sit here with this pen and paper because after all of this dust has settled my pen will run out of ink. The pen will be useless to me just like the lies that I have told and the truths I have said just to cover up the lies. Nothing will be right again and I dont know why I jus sit here and do nothing about this…

  29. The event had taken very careful planning on everyone’s part. There were many precautions taken against weather, againts scheduling conflicts, against most anything imaginable. The work was carefully divided and subdivided until it had all been allocated, at which point every person put together their piece to the puzzle and we were finally able to have the tea party we had always wanted.

  30. An event is something that happens. It can really be anything. An event doesn’t even have to be something that happens in real life. There are hypothetical events too. All sorts of crazy things can happen with an event. Who’s to say that any event is more likely to occur than another? I don’t think we can really say.

  35. Event. What is an event? A thing for people to go to that often involves eating and dancing. Or perhaps just socializing. What is socializing? Being social? Making small talk that’s very non-chalant with people you’re not comfortable enough to talk with about serious issues? “How’s the weather?” “How’s the farm?”

    Hmm.. events are usually fun.
