But maybe as a convict myself, a prisoner of regret, I’m doomed to repeat every move and every word in an eternal damning groundhog day, until something can free me. Some spontaneous action that will end my conviction and set me free.

  16. Conviction is a hard thing to deal with. If someone convicts you, you don’t know what to do. Like that person betrayed you, like they don’t trust you. Then you don’t know what to do with your life. That is conviction for you. Very hard to deal with. But, sometimes conviction is a good thing. It could lead to help. If you need help, then you are happy you were convicted. But it’s whatever.

  17. i cant stop thinking about my drinking and purging. God’s placed it so heavy on my heart these days. my convictions are strong but so is my faith. i know when the moment comes ill stand firm in what i believe and will be able to press through whatever is in my way.
