  1. First thing that comes to mind is get a clue. So may people just don’t get it. No attention to detail, no brains. Why am I so negative? I don’t want to be negative… People just drive me bonkers sometimes and I wish they got it. I feel like I get it. Maybe I’m above average in brilliance… Except that’s not how I feel either. I don’t feel all that great about myself at all. Wait… what? This makes no sense. How can I feel smarter than most people but at the same time not great at all.

  2. You hadn’t a clue how much you hurt me. We’re all best friends. we do everything together. but then I see your Facebook updates and pictures from sleepovers, shopping trips and movie showings you forgot to include me in. You might as well stab me in the back. when we’re all together, not a word is mentioned about these hangouts. You guys act so nonchalant about something that is tearing me apart. what friends you are.

  7. With a turn of a heel and a click of a cell phone closing, the clue is laid. If their lousy detectives couldn’t pick that one up, no one could. It was like laying a trap for a baby, for a hamster. They would all jump so easily when they found it, thinking they were the ones with the brains.

  9. I desperately wish I had a clue. Some virile sign – a figment of my future, really. Delivered to me from some omnipotent, divine power that’s true purpose is to guide me toward my own true purpose. For without a clue, I’m lost; drowning in a world of expectation and desire, where I’ve come to the harsh realization that my own real enemy is myself.

  12. He left a spiritual stain in Marco’s apartment like the brown of steeped teabags in boiling water. Left his smell of orange peels and rubbing alcohol settled on the window sills like dust-cakes. When Marco lifted the white cover from the actual red suade of his couch, he could have sworn he felt the flutter of Jason’s pale fingertips tap jungle beats on his ribcage, having crept out from between the cushions.

  20. Having a clue means that you have some idea about what is going to happen next, or the outcome of an activity you are engaged in. A clue, means that you know something more about a subject or task then when you began.
