Time spent forever chasing something that’s never gonna be ours, something we will never get. buth the more out of reach it is, the greater our desire, We spend all our lives chasing that special someone or so we think, and pursuing dreams. But what for? In the end, it will just all come to naught.

    my friend’s usually chase their liquor with dr. pepper. it is her favorite soda.

  18. Through corridors, the labyrinth of the garden, Rosie chased the kitchen cat. It had stolen a piece of chicken from the evening’s dinner, one that contained a rather large piece of bone. The cat was a pest and a menace, enjoying the practice of swiping at people’s feet as they walked past, but Rosie didn’t want it to end up dead with a chicken bone caught in its mouth.

At the end of the alley she turns, pulls out the gun, and tries to yell “STOP” but a mere squeak issues forth. Like a cartoon character, the man screeches to halt in his tracks practically procuding smoke off his shoes. Only feet from the gun, he shakes his head no slowly. She grimaces and then giggles. She lifts the gun to chest level and pulls the trigger.
