I love bunnies they are my favorite animal. When I was little my neighboors had a bunny farm. It was really fun. They would give me bunnies all the time as pets and I would love them very much. They didnt live long though one bunny was eatten alive by ants I still rememer its dead eyes staring back at me.
the bunny wasnt happy with the way the carrots sprouted that year. In fact, the carrots looked more like turnips than the orange juicy succulent cylinders the bunny remembered. What I will have to do thought the bunny, is sneak into the grocery store and steal some imported carrots from far away lands if I am to survive the winter. the bunny hatched a plan. On daturday when the farmer went into town, he would hitch a ride in the back of the truck all snug and warm under the blankets that weree stowed in the back. The farmer wouldnt notice the bunny and even if he did, he would simply swoosh him away with the back of his hand.
the last thing i remember about that particular easter party was walking in to my kitchen and seeing my mother standing there, 6ft tall, actually 6 ft 7 inches (she was wearing rabbit ears), doing shots of tequila, and shouting at my friends to join in.

I had to admit, even though i was awaiting something more like a cash prize, the bunny was cute. I had never owned a pet before so this was all somethign new to me. What i didnt know was that years later this animal i hadnt even thought about keeping would make my life so much more worth living.
