its a sad very sad day. I look out the window and all i see are gray skies. WTF ? i ask myself. Its June not January. I think todays going to be very bad. Too bad today is Friday.
Bleak. I can’t say that I know much about the word. I’ve not really experienced it. But then again, maybe I have. I freshman year was kind of bleak, I guess. I was a new kid for the first time ever and, therefore, shyer than a baby bird.
life was not all that she thoughti t should be, her mind felt bleak, her soul was undesiring and the thoughts of him killed her. He made her so happy, and yet he is the only one to kill her soul.
bleak makes me think of winter afternoons. The bare trees with snow clinging to the branches and nobody is around. It makes me think of loneliness and walking alone by a pond in the park where everyone you used to know used to gather.
The moment when all sounds go bleak, it’s like the world is breaking into half, and I’m settled inside the chasm between two worlds that I don’t belong to, stuck in the middle.
It was grey. Bleak. Desolate. She couldn’t hear a sound through the mist and fog. Barely could she see her feet below her in the sand. Sand. Where was the ocean. So thick was the fog she couldn’t hear it, but a distant purr of a wildcat.
Bleak. What is bleak? Everything is bleak. Life is bleak, But it’s up to you to give colour to your life. With crayons! Or rainbows. Motivational speaker? Hells yeah!
Future. Bleak is always used to describe things that will happen. I think. There are probably exceptions. But you never hear of a bleak past, do you? Always the future. I’m gonna find a new use for this word. It deserves better.
the mention of the cloud upon her arrival did not support optimistic thoughts from that point on. i walked slowly, ate carefully and achieved little. i had little control. all because of the single cloud.
Life is looking more and more bleak as the days continue. I can’t decide if things are really bad or if it’s in my head. I know people have it a lot worse out there but I can’t help this feeling I’m having.

I look at my life now and this is a word that springs to mind. I’m sick of waiting for something to happen. I should be sky diving, surfing, rock climbing. Instead of sitting on my ass all day, i refuse to have a bleak life.
In a time of darkness and contempt, a man stood from the bleak winter, and begged for mercy. The crowd stared blankly, asking… why? But there was no answer to be found, it was too late. Misfortune had already befallen the young man.
