  8. Beware of the children at the end of the lane. They eat snakes in the dark just for fun after smearing chocolate all over their mother’s aprons. Don’t listen to them when they call to you and ask you to join them in their little errands to the door of every household, where they ring and then screech at the tops of their lungs to disorient the poor homeowner’s long enough to unleash a box full of spiders at their feet. They run away cackling with the most mischevious grins lining their mouths filled with black teeth that reflect the light of the moon.
