  7. The thing that powers so much of our lives – iPods, Cameras, little things. But it also powers important devices, such as heat-pacers and hearing aids. without batteries, where would we be? No flash lights, no modern day technology (well, the wireless stuff at least) It’s a modern miracle – one I’m glad we have.

  8. I remember when I was young and we convinced this kid on the block – none of us liked – to have my dog lick his hand and then touch the sides of a AA battery. We’d hope he’d get a shock and he’s learn a lesson about being a bully- well except the plan didn’t work. My dog hated this kid. One time he simply approached my sister (was it malicious?) and my dog jumped him. So we never really got this battery plan to work

  10. Duracell makes the best batteries. I remember as a child putting my tongue to 9-volt batteries to test if they were active! What an ODD thing to do! never really hurrt, but was a mild shock to the tongue

  28. Comes in two sizes. AA or AAA. Actually there are lots more. Can be recharged. They’re electricity on the go, and very useful to have. I use them often, and they power most of my things. I really really love my batteries really much.
