  1. Adviser. An ad, with a visor? No. Rather, a hermit of sorts. A hermit with wisdom. One with advise. Ready to share. Someone to advise you in the right direction.

for my ity-bitty IRA I know nothing about
    for my ity-bitty heart

    that’s broken itself into pieces

    all over
    again.

  3. An adviser? really? I’m not actually sure if I really know what that means. I know what an advisor is, but maybe adviser is the same thing? Could it be similar? Oh well. If anything, I could use some advice right now. I’ve had a few problems lately that someone could probably chill down for me. Oh well though right? I guess not everyone can be happy at all times. I think I’m gonna look up the meaning of this word. Happy Writing :)

  4. the adviser of the president walked in the room telling the president there was an attack of a giant banana attacking the city. The adviser was distraught and throwing a fit, “OH NO A GIANT BANANA!” she exclaimed.

  5. An adviser as I see it is someone who gives people advice. I have often found myself doing this. My friends come to me quite often asking me for help. If they want comfort or general advice, I am always there and I feel content being able to help them!

  6. It could be a friend or someone who you trust their judgements, well basically they have to be either your family or friends. They advise you, but it’s up to you to take them or leave them.

  7. She didn’t care where- well, it had to be a place where she could close her eyes and breathe, and not worry about paying bills, and somewhere with a decent motel with clean bathrooms and a back pool, but it could be anywhere. The trip adviser grinned at her and handed her a pamphlet for Pheonix.

  8. someone who explains things!

  9. The advisor was great. I mean, who doesn’t need if not want an advisor? Life is so complicated that it seems like it would be ideal if we all had advisors to point us in the right direction. Or so we hope. Is it really the right direction? And who is it right for? I lack this general sense of direction, mostly due to a constant sense of waiting. Waiting for what? You might ask. That’s just it, I often don’t know. Just locked down in the sense of waiting. It usually starts with a specific waiting but then threads off into a series of other waitings and the time just flows away and when some needed task, appointment or physical need rouses my consciousness I wonder, what is going on here? Where DID the time go? Why have I wasted all of this time waiting? When I wake up each morning I make a simple plan in my thoughts for what I will do that day and then I say a prayers for assistance for myself and those I love. I stumble downstairs and start the coffee and wait.

  10. i need an adviser in my life.
    someone who is wiser.
someone who can be my guidance.
someone who i can trust without thinking.

  11. The king’s adviser told him that he needed help. The king, in his usual drunken stupor, completely denied it and walked off, his robe completely unbuttoned with his privates sticking out for the whole kingdom to see, Who could keep the king in check, the adviser wondered? This kingdom was the world’s laughing stock.

  15. an adviser is considered as a good person. many people are “free-advisers” but only few of them give an useful advice. to follow or to not to follow is dependent upon the other person involved.

    by Rishabh on 07.12.2012
  16. In a world filled with self appointed advisers on any subject you can mention, it pays to follow your own advice now and again. You are smarter than you think. : )

  17. An adviser is a force to be reckoned with. To have the wisdom and self-assurance to advise others about their path in life requires the utmost sense of purpose and foresight. Life can be altered from one path to a vastly different other with one spare word and the responsibility of such an action lies heavily upon a person.

  18. an adviser. Similar to the last word I wrote about. But at least when someone is an adviser, the people actually want their advice. I’m sure it’s a really nice feeling to be an adviser. Everyone who talks to you, professionally, wants your opinions. Must be confident.

  19. i already wrote about adviser. i thought it was advisor. like a visor. one that goes on your head. last time i wrote about this word i also wrote about the fly that kept landing on my head. i killed the fly. and i’m proud of it. also, i’m vegan. vegan’s shouldn’t kill flies… but i just did. maybe i don’t need an adviser on how to kill flies after all.

  20. How useful are advisers, really? I mean, everyone wants one, right? They’re supposed to make your life a whole lot easier, through various means. But how useful is advice when the other person doesn’t know everything, because, let’s face it, no other person could be as aware of your situation as you are.

  23. The adviser was tall, dark, handsome, but he was just an adviser. That’s it. He was nothing more. A boss, a leader, and definitely not mine. I watched him with the attention of a schoolgirl but so did everyone else. He was captivating. He was alluring. Everyone wanted his attention but he gave it to no one. His focus was on the meeting and the ways we could expand the business.

  24. my adviser has informed me that i need more people to complete the pyramid they are currently working on. it was the exact same story last week! so i wanted to know what was going on…

  25. “The adviser” is what everybody called him, he just realized he couldnt know what to do in his own life, it just so happens he had no advice for this case. ¿And you know? its ok, he’d had to learn how to improvise.
She walked in, all cliché, red lips, huge eyes and all. He stands up and starts walking touwards her.

  26. we only ask for advice when we know the answer for it. So really any advisers are annoying pricks telling us what we don’t want to admit to ourselves. Sucks to be them.

  27. these people are nutcracks. I mean, advising others? seriously. that just ain’t humanly ethical. talk about levels of sadness.

  28. I knocked on the shiny oak door with trediptaion. This was the moment of truth. I was going have a conversation that would change my life. I was meeting with my adviser to officially resign from college. I was done–a drop out. My dreams weren’t what I thought they’d be.

  29. An adviser is someone who helps lead you to the decision you were about to make, or maybe the decision you never thought you’d make. Someone who makes you see the other side, keeps your eyes and ears open. Makes you think differently. See differently. I need someone like that in my life. Someone who won’t let me get away with anything. Someone who challenges me. Yes. Someone like that.

  30. I don’t need your help
    So stop offering
I don’t care what you think
    So stop saying it.
    This may sound harsh
    But seriously
    I am ok
    I know what I want
    And how to do it
I don’t need you to tell me.
    I am a thinking individual
And I can be without and “adviser”
To tell me what I should be doing.

  31. Adviser. Someone who gives advice. Someone who listens to your problems, your concerns, your fears, and maybe helps you, maybe makes a difference in the decision you were about to make, or perhaps help you make the decision you never thought you’d make. I wish I had someone like this in my daily life. Someone who would keep me thinking. Someone who would challenge the way I look at things. Yes. Someone like that.

  32. I screamed and raced to the phone, dialing Mom’s phone number I waited, my back turned to the door. The image of my little sister falling through the floorboards on the first floor of our house still fresh in my mind. We don’t even have a basement. The only place she could have gone was through the ground.
“Hello, and welcome to International Foods. This is Laura speaking, I will be your adviser for the day. How may I help you?” The voice was eerie and cold.
“Yes! Can I speak to Elizabeth Nichols please?” I said, trying to hold back unwelcome tears.
“I’m sorry your mother is currently not available. I’m afraid she was rushed to the hospital due to falling off the top of our building, she fell 17 stories to the ground.” The voice didn’t sound human anymore.

  33. ‘How long have you been out of work, Mr Fletcher?’ The job advisor purred. Despite her beauty, her red lipstick and clear skin I really disliked her and the way she spoke to me, like a child or someone equally as stupid.
