Combine this pill with that one and maybe a few others, just to be sure they do the trick. I just called my "best friend" and told her I was going to kill myself. No one would guess it about me but this was the second time I'd made such a call, to the same person even. All I know is that everything leading up to this happened very slowly, over the years.
