Strength is an interesting thing. I think for most people, the physical aspect of strength comes to mind when they see this word. However, I have found another meaning to strength, the mental aspect. It's funny because I discovered this as I was training for the 10k marathon, a physical task.
I always have plans. I write them down everywhere. The only problem is that I never fulfill them. Sure, everyone always says be spontaneous; live life to the fullest! But there comes a time when you know that if you don't start following your plans, your future is going to be in trouble.
