  1. this is a type of things that designers use, a concept is a malformed idea, a bullshit way of saying I don’t have a fully fledged manifestation of thought to hand you, but I’ll try anyway

  2. I surrender to the force of this mighty concept that dominates me day in and out. I am left with nothing but to think…and think. The Concept; without any sympathy, shoots me with ideas every single hour.

  3. it is this concept of beauty that leaves me so ashamed. my eyes carry with them the dark circles of insomnia, my legs forever wrapped in the black bruises and scars whose origin i haven’t a clue. my swollen cheeks hide the outline of feminine bones, leaving me to appear a mess, even at my well-rested best.

  4. As soon as it’s hard to get a grasp on the true idea behind a story, you realise that it just hasn’t been written well. There are many reasons why something may be a terrible story, but if you can’t even grasp the concept covering the whole thing, geez – that’s tough.

  6. The concept was that she could never make it. She was tired of learning about things in school that she would never understand, especially because she was an art student. She hated going to morning classes and having overstuffed professors tell her what she did and didn’t know. She wanted to deal with her own life. But she couldn’t get the concept.

  8. A concept. an idea. A theory. something to think about and broaden on with your mind. something that we may not understand at first, but with some explaining me may come to. something that may or not be true, and could use a lot of pondering to fully capture or understand.

  9. The concept of love is absolutely and utterly baffling. Nothing about it makes sense. But I think that’s the point. it’s not supposed to make sense. It’s supposed to be crazy and confusing and painful and euphoric all at the same time. Nothing about love makes sense, and that’s what makes it a beautiful concept. It’s random.

  10. Concept. Conception. It bothers me that I can’t figure out why I have less of a problem with infanticide than I do with abortion. Morality is largely dictated by feeling. It bothers me that that bothers me, and that I care to have my feelings grounded in fact. It bothers me that I’ve been programmed to do so many things. I read about psychological characteristics that most people are unaware they have, and I found that most were true for me. Predictably irrational, or something.

  39. This website is an interesting concept. I don’t know how the developer came up with it but I think it’s the best way to get warmed up for writing. Just open up my mind and dump my ideas into the keyboard. I don’t even have to look. How many words can I type before I run out of time? I think PLENTY! This is the exercise. This is the concept. Just keep typing. Open my MIND. Free my words. Let them flow.
