  1. The bee was flying. It flew with the precision and elegance of a prima ballerina. I wish I could move like that bee; dancing and gliding with the wind. Oh to be as free as a bee. I wish I was that free. Buzzzzz. Buzzz.

  4. It’s humming over my head, making me winch. It’s strange how such a small littel creature can make one so neavous. But it’s true and it’s been like that all my life. “Watch out, it might sting you!” But they rarely do, and we all frighten ourselves with that stupid rumour. I’ve been stung, like, once in my entire life. It’s strange how we can all seem so afraid and there’s really nothing to be afraid of.

  5. I hate bees. They buzz around and make that atrocious noise, and then I’m paranoid: that little stinger is always a little too close to me, always a little too threatening, always a little too touchy. If I stretch out wrong, it’ll attack! Stab its painful little barb into me and sacrifice its poor little life for nothing. Selfish little bugger.

  6. a bee is a mignificent, vibrant, unfortunate creature. it is of soo many varities that it is unfair. golden, black and yello. I guess taxies are also inspired from bees. and anybody who wears clothes in that combination also looks like a honey-bee.

  7. there’s a bee and it’s humming. All over the place. Humming humming. The noise is so annoying, I can’t stand it in this heat. The bee, it comes closer and closer is spirals and it flies towards my nose. I’m deadly afraid of swallowing it, and I close my mouth tightly shut and look straight ahead. It’s like that with bees. You just have to look straight ahead.

  8. I wasn’t stung by a bee until I was eighteen years old. I spent my childhood running around in the woods barefoot, but somehow always avoided this event. It wasn’t until I was far from home, walking along a beach in Scotland, that suddenly I felt a sharp pain at my heel. The sting was hot and intense. I remember it still, ten years later.

  12. Bee stings are the worst. One time I was stung on the bottom of my foot. How does that happen? Bees are supposed to be up in the air with their stupid wings. Not stinging people’s feet. I couldn’t walk for days! DAYS! It was terrible. So I vow never to be a slutty bee on Halloween. No matter how cheap the costume.

    by Simone Mishler on 03.09.2011

Ralph spent the next six months recovering in the intensive care unit of the Hospital. The damage done to his nether regions was irreparable, leaving his excrement to perpetually and uncontrollably siphon out of him in an abyssal plastic tube.

I’m sorry to startle you. it said. but i saw you outside yesterday and i just had to meet you. I looked at the bee, not sure if i was going crazy or not. Are you talking? I asked the bee. Most things in life seem to have their expiration date but if we could all just be a little sweeter and accept when things happen the way they are supposed to we could withstand more and remain in a natural state more of the time not focusing so much on who we are affecting and what we should be doing but what we are doing now in this form at this time in our lives
