  6. Sometimes I really can get in the “zone” and accomplish things, but most of the time I get really easily distracted. I make up for it when I am in the zone, because I accomplish a lot, and I usually don’t finish until I’m done. As long as I accomplish what I need to, I shouldn’t feel bad about getting distracted and daydreaming or doing things I like.

  12. A level. An Area. A place. A coordinate system, quadrant. The first level of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis. I think it was called Green Hill Zone. This was what popped in my head, I’m sure because of the fact that I’ve played the game at least a couple weeks ago. But of all the connotations and definitions of zone, why Sonic the Hedgehog? Strong memories, I suppose.

  24. the zone i find myself in is a good one. a small and obnoxious but beautiful zone of happiness and self importance. How have i missed this before? I find myself centered in this place, this zone of wonderful days and shit poor nights. But how then, if the days are beautiful and nights not so much, how can i even get to sleep?

  27. The friend zone is a sad and lonely place. The friend zone is when you have feelings for someone who only views you as a friend, and often times they will always view you as a friend. There is of course always the acceptation to the rule, my long time boyfriend and love of my life started out as my best friend for many years.

  28. The safe zone was painted a light blue, like the sky when you look right above the horizon at noon. I could see it from my spot in the tree. I was waiting for the group to come. I was there to make sure that anybody following the group was not someone who wasn’t supposed to be there.

  31. Zone defense is in basketball? Or is it football, or perhaps both? I can’t remember. I may watch sports, but many times, I don’t know the rules or what exactly is happening. But its nice spending time with others while we watch.

  34. Zone. I get in the zone sometimes. Some people are put in the ‘friend-zone’. There a many ‘zones’, but my favorite is the reading-zone. It doesn’t matter what book it is, you spend long enough just sitting there reading the book, you get in the zone. There is no one else, there’s just you and the characters of your book.
