  4. Espionage is a dangerous calling, but it cannot be resisted if it is in the blood. Political intrigue, futuristic weaponry, and glamorous surroundings are the things that dreams are made of.

  5. I was intrigued by the fact that the animal in questions was dominant in the pack. She often lurked about the fringe of the group and seemed to prefer to hunt alone. Continued observation is required to understand the social hierarchy.

  6. It was intriguing that the young man would be so intrigued by the young girl before him, more so because of her intriguing love of the word ‘intrigue’ which was so overused that the young man nearly wanted to kill himself, should she ask him why he looked so intrigued.

  7. My mind was in chaos. I couldn’t fully comprehend what I was seeing. My own image lay before me in the police sketchbook. But why? Why was it my image? What had I done? I knew instantly that there was danger in my future. I had been framed for something. Now I just had to wait for the officer to explain.

  8. the intrigue snagged from the window’s wind
    tugs me outside
    to jollily frolic
to massage the very essence of life that treads within the nostril hairs of my nose!
Merely, a faint dog, can even inspire me today….
his muzzled mouth, that doesn’t have a muzzle,
daring, he is, to try to obey me today, for I am intrigued by it all!

  9. I had no clue what the object was, but it intrigued me. A small, metallic thing I had dug up in my backyard. It was fairly dirty. Perhaps I should take it indoors and clean it? What could it be? It was roughly the size of my palm and oddly shaped. A medal, perhaps? But from what era? And who could it have belonged to? I just had to know. So off I went to clean it up.

  10. The dame stood there in a red dress, thighs up ta heaven, and all I could think about was the gun I knew she had nestled between her breasts. She was the picture of intrigue, had a smile that could put down puppies, and eyes that left your heart somewhere between an ice pick and an orgasm. She was coming to kill me, and she didn’t know that my knife would find a place between her ribs first.

  11. wondering why
    and how
    fascination works
    apathy endures
    until shaken
    winds of change
    with no
    objective
    no warning
    no promise
    desire blooms
    like a tender fool
    willing
    and then
    wilting
