His hands grasped the ever tousled hair of his friend(lover?). He stirred, groggily opening his eyes as they adjusted to the brightness of his surroundings. Light filtered through the blinds and into his bedroom, filling it with a warm glow. On the window sill sat a line of potted plants basking in the rays. He sat up, looking behind his shoulder to take a peek at his companion sleeping soundly. Quietly, he left his friend(?) in the comfort of the bed, making his way to the kitchen to prepare tea.
I tousled into the house. I was in a rush and I was missing my favorite tv show, Spongebob Squarepants. Once I got inside I put on my evening clothes and quickly turned on the tv. To my surprise I the show wasn’t on, upset and confused I realized I came home a couple of minutes early.
