  6. There, on the table lay the gun. Blood smeared on the trigger. I looked up as I advanced slowly into the room. ~What happened?~ I knew it had to be a misunderstanding. Even though he had motive and… The murder weapon. I was sure the blood on the trigger was the victim’s.. But I didn’t want to believe it. I turned into his bedroom and there he was, my father, blood splattered, sobbing into his hands. He looked up at me as I walked in, “I didn’t mean to… How could I?”
    “I know, daddy. I know.” ~But you killed my sister.~

  16. How can I do this? I question my mind, in sanity I question my insanity. The table, it’s not the table’s fault, it’s mine, my hand, instinct. To stop myself from crying out from the emotion inside, I give myself bearable physical pain. I’m surprised my little finger is not broken yet. But when she comes in the room to pick up that girl I called my best friend, I can’t help but feel frustrated because I want to tell her I’m in love with her.

  19. There are two tables within my home. One is our every day table, painted yellow, blue, red, and even some green. It reminds me of every great day I’ve had in my life. The other holds over six people, and it is meant for company on a fancy day; we only use it if we absolutely have to.

  32. Table table table. Last summer at work my cousin and I had to make some table tops for the already existing tables. We did this because the tables that we had were small.

  34. What’s there to say? Besides that my tables are all a complete mess. At first, they are empty, but I just leave stuff on them, and I never quite get around to putting stuff away. Also they are used to store data, like a math table.

  35. It’s the support for everything we use and do throughout the day. My table often says everything about how my day goes, because everything I use and encounter ends up there in a heap by the end of the night. It is amazing.

  37. I threw my work down on the table in anguish. This is it. The end of my career. One little thing going wrong and soon everything (my life, my family, my dog) will be all flushed down the toilet! Grade five is terribly hard. I don’t think I’ll make it to grade six.
