  7. I refuse to write about the word refuse. This is because I think refusing is a negative thing to do. But then I think I have already started writing about the word refuse and there by gone against my refusal to write anything about the word refuse. Come to think of it, refusing is not a bad thing to do at times. Like for instance, I should never have started writing this. Now I have a feeling that I am blabbering. I sound like a drunken monk.   17. pushing the plate away from you and not wanting to eat something and getting yelled at by other people because your not doing what they want your doing what you want or just not doing something that you dont fully believe in which can be anything from rosa parks to not eating the spinach on your plate. its a sign of independence which is both bad and good. shows courage.

  18. I refuse to write about refuse again. There is a huge amount of refuse in this house due to my inability to get rid of things and my husband has lived here since he was a small baby. He is 66 and you can only imagine the refuse in this house.

  31. Refuse to Lose, that’s is what my Dad use to always say but now that I’m older I know that I can no longer deny my limits. Life is a balancing act, take on too much and you’ll be overwhelmed, and defeated. Play to your strengths.
