    It makes my body act like that of a frightened animal.
    My vagus nerve shuts my body down when i’m upset or angry.
    I go to sleep, but I’m medically dead.
    For five minutes.
    It’s wonderful really, I play dead without knowing.

  7. i guess when ever i hear the word reflex i think of sports, and the fact that im terrible at them…i also have good leg refluexes and terirble arm ones (for thorwing balls i mean)

  8. I used to have some scuba fins named Reeflex. I dived them for 19 years. I actually searched for replacements for them, though they have been out of production for 10 years and are heavy – and inferior to much of what is out on the market today.
    Guess I had a reflex to get more Reeflex, though I overcame it and ended up with my Power Quattros. Can maneuver and FLY wearing them!

  10. What you do before you have thought. Something which you do automatically, without thinking at all. You can work on this by practising- if you practise something enough, it will eventually become reflex. Also an angle greater than 180 degrees.

  11. something that is just a reaction…there is not thought or emotion…it is a reaction to a certain stimuli. It reminds me of the test the doctors do that makes your knee kick.

  12. i have reflexes in my arms and my legs and that’s pretty cool! but they aren’t very fast, so i’m not good a sports whatsoever. but that’s okay. i never was. and i’m glad i’m not bc althetic girls are slutty! haha. so i’m happy with being a dancer (: bc i can control what my body does and not rely on it to move to hit a ball or catch a ball

  22. I don’t have very good reflexes. My eyes don’t work too well with my limbs. I’m tall. This makes it difficult. Reflexes are important for sports. Reflexes are pretty much important for everything in life. So it sucks that I don’t have them.

    A reflex is your muscle in which you move fast if you have fast reflexes and move slow if yo u have slow reflexxes when somebody swings at you or you may flinch

  24. your reflex is probably the one thing to go by. trust your reflexes when you get that gut instinct its an immediate reflex and those are usually the best choices. so stick with your reflex

  31. I have terribly slow reflexes. I remember when I was in fifth grade, we had to test our reflexes and i was as slow as a turtle. It was horrible when my friends were so much quicker.

  34. Well, a reflex is like, something that you do in response to something else, which is basically what this exercise is about. So, in a weird way, this is a reflex, so that word might as well be a label. There you go.

  35. My reflex’s arent the same as they used to be, i used to be fast and fluid in movement, but now im slow and i cant seem to move when i want to, my life is falling down faster and faster and it takes me forever to realize it.

  39. My knee jerked at the tap of the doctor’s rubber mallet. I could almost feel the synapses in my brain reacting to the pressure and running a message down to my knee. It was the oddest thing, but I might have heard myself think.
