  6. i used to get punished whenever i do something wrong when i was a child.
    and i think it’s the reason that i’m polite now. it’s important to punish the kids when they make mistakes even when they get a low marks at school, this will make them study hard and do thier best to success which will be for thier advantage in the future.

    It makes one realized hisher wrong by punishment.
    Without punishment, one may not realised and even feel guilty about his/her wrong doings. I believed that punishment is good for us in our lives.

  9. I hate this punishment. It’s stripped me down to the bone, dried my eyes, and left my soul tattered and flailing in the wind. Even though such torture is aggravating, it is true that I deserve this. What you do in the shadows must come out eventually.

  11. We were all punished for the incident that occurred in the school hall. I tried to convince the principal that I was not involved in the pranks that the other boys did, but to no avail. we were all sent home for one week, with the warning of being dismiss for good, if any other act of disorder reoccurred .

  25. When I was at school being punished involved being belted with a tawse. A tawse is a short, thick, leather belt with a split at one end. You would have to stand with your hands out and the teacher would hit you once, twice or more.

  39. Sometimes I feel as if I’m being punished for others actions. As if everyone else controls the outcome I receive. Why is it never up to me? Why does everything always go bad when my intentions were only good? Punishment can come in many forms but it will always sit heavy on my heart. Either it’ll teach me or it won’t. But then that’s up to me and not others.
