  27. Is a pretty overrated word in our society.

It goes jackbooting around, elbowing gentler words rudely out of its way. What about beauty? Style? Wit? Elegance? Well exactly.

It’s time we gave those words the recognition they deserve, and put practicality in its place!

  29. I hate to be practical. Basic life is so pointless if all it is for is to sustain itself. Thinking about possibilities and exploring new ideas and experiences is what life should be about. Not working 9 hours to pay for the house and food to sustain you to do it all over again the next day.

  30. Practicality is something that is non existent these days. I just heard that by 2014 EVERY new vehicle is required to have a backup camera. Why? So we can see distorted images and rely on them to hit people? What ever happened to people turning their heads around and SEEING what’s behind them? I can park a Tundra on a dime with that method… It’s never served me wrong yet.

I am me as practical as that may be.

  40. I am not practical. I am emotional. I get confused of my own feelings. I can’t see things according to their practical qualities. I wish I could, but I cant. A practical person has an advantage in life. Sometimes, emotions confuse us and leads us astray. My mind doesn’t work they way I expect it to work sometimes. If my mind was more practical, I think I would be a better person. If not towards the others around me, at least towards myself.
