The walls that were once a blank slate of brick, was now a vibrant canvas of colors. Her art, displayed for the world– well, community– to see. Every stroke, every splatter, part of her life story. “A story for the record books,” her grandfather used to say. It truly was brilliant.

She chuckled as she stood back, spreading her arms wide, looking to the sky. “You can take me now, Lord. Like I said, mission accomplished. Plus, I didn’t leave any space for any more stories.”

  33. I ignored the stitch that was growing in my side and ran. I had a mission to carry out, and in order to carry it out I had to keep running, even though I was really out of shape and therefore in a great deal of pain. I ran along the railroad tracks to be sure that I continued in the correct (and swiftest) direction. You can probably tell just from these first few sentences of my anecdote that I’m not particularly practiced in the art of top secret missions, but I was doing my very best considering just how abruptly I’d been tossed into this situation. I’ve always wanted to be a spy (hell, who really hasn’t?), but things couldn’t have chosen a worse time to decide to make my life exciting.

Plain and simple loves. We all failed. Because in the end, we can’t fight a whole government on our own. No we need help but the thing is…

THERE IS NO HELP FOR US.

Yeah, that’s right. But hopefully in the end there will be another uprising. Another group of people who can succeed where we couldn’t. Who can win.

  38. What is our mission in life? Does anybody know? Did God actual give us one? If so why don’t we know it? I think everybody’s mission in life is to become genuinely happy! And to discover one’s self.

  39. I have naught but one of these
After I was the only fool left who did not see my world falling apart
I abandoned all else but one
I do this in fear that failure to me is a great disappointment
Even when outcomes are out of my control
I believe I have tricked myself though,
For the one mission I do hold true to will ultimately help me achieve whatever I desire
This one task I have set is to always be true to my own self
