  2. I have a bag of art materials at school. For this reason, what do you think. I am an artist right? Wrong. I am not. I like to draw and create art. I am not a professional artist.Yet.
    Things might change though, certain life materials may differ. The world around us is changing in every way possible. We wont know what’s next for us. We just have to go with the flow.

Some times my sister pretends she’s going to make me a dress so I go and buy materials, give them to her, and then they sit in a box at her house waiting for a time when she no longer has other responsibilities and can get to my clothes. This time never comes. Soon I will be able to make a parachute, made of potential dresses and hope.

  9. shoes and pencils. I like materials, it reminds me of making things from scratch. Which is something I’m really into at the moment, especially food. Baking or cooking. Either works fine. I think of people who sew and people who can make creative things

  14. material things are dumb. people should think more about personality and what is on the inside rather than what is going on with material objects. Fabric material on the other hand is much different. you can do so much with it. like make togas and stuff. I am made of material and I am ok with that because it is good.

  16. He didn’t know if he would have enough to finish the house. Would he be able to make a livable space with what he had salvaged from the house that the storm knocked down? He had to, somehow.

  22. That is what I have been gathering today. Materials that will allow my creativity, or at least what’s left of it, morph them into something I am proud of. I’ve been suppressing it for a while, but now’s a good time to just let it go.

    ‘Don’t use it all in one place,’ he said, smiling back, and I noticed the tell-tale signs of a mouth that had braces for many years. Little whiter discoloured suggestions of circles in the middle of the face of each otherwise pristine front tooth.

    I perched the bolt on my shoulder and turned to go, but he placed a hand on it, unbalancing me, stopping me. ‘Don’t rip any of it, please,’ he said, his voice soft, personal, ‘use sharp scissors.’
