When I was younger I would see many children flying kites with their parents at the parks. I always loved the designs and colors. Part of me wanted to be up there riding the breeze with the same ease.
The kite wiggles in the wind for air is life and for a few moments, it borrows the breath of the earth to bring delight in color to the children below.
The kite was well-constructed and only a slight breeze could lift it. It was in the shape of a dragon and soon was flying high above the village. The villagers came out to look and admire the sight. But soon the real dragon came, thinking the kite was its mate.
This kid was flyin’ a kite on the edge of the grand canyon, and I was like, “Oh shit, should I get out my phone to record this dude fallin’ off the cliff”? I decided that would be morbid so I didn’t, then the kid literally flew away like some kind of bird and I DIDNT RECORD IT FUCK
