My granddaughter is named Gypsy. When she was first named that I must admit I did take a second or two to get used to the name. But now she is so much her name in such a beautiful way that it fills my heart with love.
The long history of the word “gypsy” starts about 8000 BC. It was originally a word used to describe the sound a mammoth made when it sat on a duck. Then, over time, the word transformed. Now in the year 2755 it’s found it’s proper use in describing a successful settlment on a small moon.
“I hate that word” The cat said, yelling at the Duck walking by. The duck just looked confused at this strange sound.
“I hate that word too” The cat screamed at the mouse that ran by, having no idea why the cat was shouting. It was just a giraffe.
The way of life in there group is different then you probably imagined. The people read your palms and try telling your fortune but I know it isn’t quite accurate because I instead decide to ask Yahweh what is true and right for my path.
They told me to stay away. They said she was a pikey. She’d use me and break my heart.
Outraged I vented at home, sure that my plight would appeal to my mum’s inner social justice warrior. Her response was rather subdued, “Gypsies never stay in one place long, my love. Best not get too attached.”
I didn’t listen. We found ourselves in trouble and she couldn’t tell her family so I brought her home only to see my mother’s nose crinkle with disdain. My proud, black, warrior mother refused to look my pregnant girlfriend in the eye.
A tipsy gypsy sat on the Great Wall of China,

tipsy gypsy took a swig of the poison,
and waved to the locals, “All hail America!”
She called herself a gpsy. But all that really meant was that she couldn’t settle for long. she moved when she felt something worth staying for. She fled when someone meant something more than an acquaintance to her. She ran when something meant more than nothing to her.
Gypsy tribe is one of the oldest tribe who had cool accesories and outfit.They have their own traditions and rituals which are very fascinating.
The hues of their costumes is mindblowing.

the cards sprawled across the round table covered by purple cloth, the gypsy hovered their right hand over the line. their hand stopped, against their will, and fell delicately over a completely random one. their heartbeat picked up, one single drop of sweat dribbling along their neck. motionless, they eyed the still unknown card apprehensively.
I am part of a gypsy tribe of people who want to teach me there ways but being a gypsy is hard and I don’t really care for there ways of living. They teach me Fortune telling but I don’t quite get it, since most of my tellings are not accurate. People end up questioning what I tell them. When trading I find my self enjoying this time better the outcome is much better, I come with much more goods then most people in my tribe.
She’s been to Paris, she tells me. She’s been to Dubai. She roamed the streets of Bangkok, got sunburnt in Cairo, learned to dance in Madrid. She stood before Christ the Redeemer and St. Basil’s Cathedral and was too stunned to even lift a camera. She’s seen four of the seven wonders of the world, and still she chooses to tell me that I am the most beautiful thing she’s ever seen.
