  1. i caught a glimpse of the last parade
    wonderments i had never made
ideas lost in the ssands of time
i am here and i am crying
    forever happening
    forever gone
glimpsing heaven and the angels songs
    i yearn for love
    i yearn for peace
i am the one who will make release

  2. i glimpse things all the time without even noticing. the best glimpses are the ones you notice. I glimpsed boubou on the sidewalk and wished i knew what it meant. i glimpsed “art is dead, go home” and “fuck artists” and i wondered why anyone would write that. maybe they want artists to respond.

  3. I would like to get a glimpse into the past. I’ve already been there, but mostly I’m not as aware of what’s going on because I’m experiencing it. If I could have a glimpse into the past and watch myself do something, then I would also notice the other details and how things really happened. Some people would opt for a glimpse into the future, but who really wants to ruin the surprise?

  4. The man stood there standing still, one simple glimpse made him nervous. He stared her up and down and constantly measuring what type of woman she might be. He was wrong, ever single statment that went through out his mind, was wrong. He was determinded to find out who she really was, on this very day.

  5. sometimes I get a glimps of whAT IT MEANS TO BE A GLIMPSER, OF HE WORLD THAT IT HAS OPENED UP TO ME. wHWEN WILL THERE WEVER BE A BETTER TIME TO MAXIMAZE MY OWN POTENTIALO, TO BECOME ALL THAT I EVER WANTED TO BE. NMOW, AT TEHE APEX OF MY LIFEW ON THIS EARTH, UI AM ABLE TO SEE WHAT I COULD HAVE BETTTER IN THE PAST, AND, MOLRE IMPLORTANTLY, WHAT I CAN STILL DO BETTER TODAY. WHAt a revelation this is. How can I express the emotion of the moment. Ity is like suddenly being able rto fly, like a bird, more like a plane — but really, like an idea.
I must confess that I have become a learning junkie in the previous decade of my life. But now, this is very strong. I really get an emotional “high” from learning something new – especially, if it is something that I didn’t expect to discover. I’m often l;ike a kid in the candy store of discovery.

I have always personally believed that each individual person, is capable of performing quite a bit above average in not just three or four thngs, but probably about 30 to 40 things.

So how long does this writing test go on?

  6. I saw a glimpse of it, but I’m not sure what it was. A ferret perhaps, or a giant squid. It was something along those lines. Nevertheless, it’s gone now, and that’s ok. I wouldn’t want something destroying my petunias again like last week, when i saw the raging bull outside. I hate living in a time rift, but hey, at least the scenery is nice. Brilliant sunsets, or sunrises… or, whatever they are.

  7. There was a blink of light. She could see a man out of the corner of her eye. Shivering she sped up, trying to see in the dark whilst keeping the same sped. Her eyes strained against the pitch black unable to see.

  8. That one glimpse, a short, transcendent moment in time, changed everything, yet changed nothing for him. His senses soared, his heart ached, he longed to act, but his will froze him in place. Only his memory of that one short glance, remained.

  10. To only see a little bit of something. It almost makes me think of something naughty or taboo, like a peeping tom or something like that. To catch a glimpse is one of the most beautiful phrases in the English language. It’s so vivid.

  11. As I saw your face in the corridor, one glimpse, and it took my breath away. I was struck my your smile, and your twinkling eyes.
They also take my breath away.
    One glimpse.

  15. I fist saw a glimpse of things that where soon to happen. They looked like the dew dropping off the islands of tiny bits of ice. That might not make a lot of water, but you have to wonder what is the life that one glimpse can give. These are our questions that only water can answer. You must wonder what other

  16. The nice was bright. Clouds had slid across the sky, their curled corners hugging to each other.

The Stalk hopped about, cawing, waiting for them to part so that he could catch a glimse of that moon.

The nightbird did not see what was so interesting.

  17. I caught a glimpse of what it would be like to be a serial killer last night in a dream. I was packing some body parts into a locker and I looked at the door, realizing that if anyone walked through it, I would be caught. The realization that I would have to explain to people what I was ran through my head. Also, the thought that if never discovered, I would still have to rationalize what I was to myself.

  18. As I glimpse into the future I am frightened of the past I don’t know where I am or where I have been but I am filled with fear and regret so when time passes I am sad. I am trying to live in the present moment and for some reason it is so hard! I glimpse inward and I feel empty.

  19. Through a crack in a wall, pushing cobwebs aside, push my eye against this sliver, peering, searching, seeing nothing. A movement in the darkness, motion, shadow and a whisper and then all is silent, static, still and black.

  20. She turned. Something was different, but it was always so hard to tell what it was. It seemed that every time she looked around, something had changed. Sometimes, it felt like she saw it happen out of the corner of her eye, but most of the time, she didn’t have a clue what was going on. If she stared for long enough, it all seemed the same again, but in that first glimpse, everything would morph and change until she didn’t even know where she was anymore.

  21. I wonder if you notice the way I look at you from across the room. It’s like a bad 80s chick flick. All I want is for you to notice me…and oh god, when you do I melt. The one night you walked in the door and nodded in my direction, then came over to talk…my friends made fun of me for ages because I was so taken by you. Just a glimpse, a fleeting glance, a sign that you notice me, is enough for me to lose my self control.

  22. I saw a glimpse of the past but before it was a lonely time I ran into a glimpse of everything I once knew. The old englishman is wearing a baseball cap, what can I say…

  24. a touch. a brief encounter with the ultimate emotion. the taste lingering in your mouth, on your eyes. your empty lenses filling with a touch of something new. a flitting thought of mindless scenery and then. and then you’re gone.
a glimse of something more real. of something different. the echos reverberating for years in your mind but the moment only lastest a moment. the glimpse was only a sight.

  25. A glimpse of the time that I thought I knew had enshrined my belief that love knew more than me. I, however, being young decided that it had more for me than you and forsook the chance I had to share it with you. Now I am gone and with me, fear but I will come again.

  37. By word association, I imagine a middle aged woman who is addicted to bottom, with absolutely huge lips. This word sounds funny also for no particular reason – I might say it right now 200 times.

I looked up and caught a glimpse of the sky through the rafters but before I could watch for long they had drawn my head down again and asked me more furiously, where was it, where was I keeping it, but I just wanted to see that sky again, for only a second, just to know that more existed than just this prison.
