I like to go to my school festival. It’s the only time of the year when we can chat with our teachers without the fear of being punished because of the speech pattern we use. It’s also the best of the year to find a boyfriend even though most the boys are stupid but hey who has never been stupid?

once i went to a festival with my family. it was quite unenjoyable. you see, when i was young, i was acutely aware that i had no freedom, being a youngster. so it was always disheartening to go to a festival with many wonderful things and know i could not linger on them or choose to look closer.

Bamber Bridge festival was always a little dodgy. It was not Notting Hill, nor Mardi Gras, but a small ‘celebration’ of small village mediocrity. The fair came to the local park, full of spivs who would fleece you of your money as soon as look at you. There was a procession that was filled with dads in brass bands and little girls who wanted to be majorettes.
festival has always been a happy thought for me since I am a filipino and we live for festivals here, colorful and very exciting i must say. It is one way where people meet and be together to celebrate life, its goodness and grandeur. Festivals are events we must not forget or just put into waste.

The Toad Suck FEstival in Conway, AR is a toad racing helluva good time. They have awesome food, including greek flatbread sandwiches and cajun boudain. MMMMMMMMMMMM, and fresh fried porkskins.Wow
