  1. Is it fate or is it God? Everything has a purpose, God is everywhere determining everything. Call it what you will, I call it God’s will.

  2. a place where you need to go. somewhere where you dream of going. whatever one it is. its a place you try to believe in and you believe with all your heart that it is a good place. an awesome place. you need it desperately.

    by Taylor on 08.31.2009
  3. Fate happens when you quite trying to do something and let it happen. Fate is in control of itself and you… are not. Fate is something for people who can’t take their own actions. Fate is FAKE.

    by Rachel on 08.31.2009
  4. is it fate or is just an innocent mistake?

Honestly, i’ve got no idea. But what i feel is that this fate thing has brought me alot more emotions than i expected.

Now all that lingers in my mind is whether do you even care about or even think about me.

    by Luke on 08.31.2009

    by Anna on 08.31.2009
  6. is but what you want out of it i guess… fate is seen by your own eye as long as you look? my fate is pretty much what i want, i have the choice to either sit here and write about fate or i can just stop and do something else. it’s destiny for me to finish this though,

    by Mandela Scipio on 08.31.2009
  7. Fate? I don’t believe in fate. Or destiny. Or… Look, life is what you make of it. You make your own way, your own destiny, your own fate. Maybe you get nudges — “do this, don’t do that, maybe you should consider…” But there’s nothing out there MAKING you do it. It’s all you. You decide what you’ll be. I hope you decide well.

    by Kristin on 08.31.2009
  8. I think I believe in fate. I want to. I want a reason to take a little less responsibility for my actions. I want to think that the way things turn out are meant to be so. Logically, it’s probably not so. But perhaps, perhaps things are supposed to be a certain way.

    by Britt on 08.31.2009
  9. Fate is so cruel. It can twsit and scar, maw the flesh fo what you thought was truth, but in reality, was a LIe.

Fate can be so damn cruel. I know because I can see my fate without knowing what it truely is. I hate my fate, but theres nothign you can do about it.

    by alexia on 08.31.2009
  10. fate is something you cannot control it controls your outcome in life. A person meant to fall in love is controlled by fate A person who is meant for success will be given oppoortunity to take advantage of fate…a person making poor decisions will not be rewarded and fate will not treat them well..is fate male or female? Supernatural or real? We’ll never know, is it something we use as a crutch? or does it in fact decide our destiny?

    by Jennifer on 08.31.2009
  11. Fate. Can you control it? Can you influence it? That’s a good question. What is fate? If you believe in it and have lots of bad experiences, then you think you’re ill fate. Does it make you feel better? I bet not. Better to forget about fate and just live your life. Make every moment count and make the best of your journey.

    by Tiger on 08.31.2009
  12. Is it fate that we found each other again? Should we act on that or am I just looking for something new; to get me out of this boredom?

    by pam on 08.31.2009
  13. Fate rolls her dice– the cube pirrouettes and wobbles for a moment, then falls with a leaden thud.

    On the table: snake eyes.

And you know the basilisk is out for you. Lady Fate smiles and unleashes the beast.

    by Vee on 08.31.2009

  15. I stepped out of the car and onto the tar. My shoes hurt my feet and I was angry to leave the pizza we’d ordered. I walked up a slight incline, wondering why my mom wanted to talk to the man she divorced nearly five years ago. When he took the phone, swore, kicked the cement and started crying, my brother’s name trembling from his lips, I understood.

    by Kim on 08.31.2009

  22. is stupid.. really.. i mean what are choices for if you believe that “fate” still dictates what happens?

    by niL on 08.31.2009

ARE no colours for fate. Some say it’s bleak, others say bountiful. How do you see it?

    by Saranya on 08.31.2009
  25. fate, the three, do you think we were fated to meet? i, tipsy and a little rambling, hold your hands in mine as you kneel before a drowsy me, and tell you that i should find the person who convinced me to audition on that day and thank them more than anyone else. you ask me why. i say because it is thanks to them that i met you.
you bend down, a smile i have never before seen softening and brightening your face, and kiss my cheek, holding my hands tighter.
‘because i knew you, i have been changed for good’.
the more you ruv someone, the more you want to kill them.
i think that it was chance that made them switch me on those risers that day, and fate that it was then that i met you.

    by claire on 08.31.2009

  27. Fate stumbles into the room, drink in hand, with no where left to turn to. It damaged families and brought in marriages, it opened up windows and slammed doors. Fate was out of excuses of why and what and when. It was ready to face the next step in self-improvement, to allow fate to step aside and take a nap on this one. While self indulgence took over life.

    by Heather Christine on 08.31.2009
  28. So it turns out that it isn’t a good idea to piss off the Fates. Yeah, who would have figured right? I mean, I thought it would be hilarious to replace the tapestry of creation with the bubble wrap of cosmic irony, but apparently no one else was of my opinion. At least no one’s life was cut short any more. We all just went out with a pop.

    by Damo on 08.31.2009
  29. i think that my fate is in the hands of God. i wouldn’t say that i’m fatalistic, i just don’t think that I’m in control. some people say that ‘fate’ brought them together but i don’t think it can be attributed to just ‘fate’. there has to be more out there.

    by lisa on 08.31.2009

What school of ham acting did you attend, waving your arms and pointing like we are hypnotized and can’t see the bus you want us to step in front of?

    by Brian Slusher on 08.31.2009
