  6. I was convicted for lying to my probation officer. I have no idea what to do now. I can’t speak as they’ve put a muffler on me. What’s a girl to do? Wait and run when the action starts? No, I could never do that. I have to join now. I’m the leader of the revolt, but they can’t know that.

  10. I don’t want to marry my convictions. But for some reason, so far I think they’re my closest companions.

    You’d think someone could love another person without the second person having to change somehow. You would be wrong. I’ve found out, as the years went by, that if I want someone to love me and want to be with me, I’ll have to give up a small part of myself.

  11. I had a kind of conviction……. Or so they tell me. When I was alive, I loved my family and valued my friends and in return they respected me.
    That’s what they told me I had; conviction. But I don’t remember anything that made them think I had conviction, of course time is syrup and memories are water.

  12. i was just watching the lisa ling show, our america, about previously convicted sex offenders and life after being released from jail. a part of me feels horrible because some people have learned their lessons and would ‘kill themselves should they ever get another urge” but another part of me feels satisfied that most of these people live in tents because they have nowhere else to go.

  14. It it wasn’t for them I would not be here. I would not be standing tall and strong and be able to retain the strength of my convictions. Even in this god forsaken planet their support has been immense.

  15. conviction of murder, if some one is pissing me off so much, that will happen to me. A lot of people are pissing me off lately, why can’t they just get it right and make me happy? Why does disappointing me have to be the new ‘it’ thing?

  16. Conviction is a good movie starring Hilary Swank that is based on a true story. Her brother got convicted of murder and she spent her whole life getting a law degree to free him from prison. This word makes me think of things like courtrooms. My parents have to deal with this a lot.

  20. Conviction is, (for example) when a guy comes up to you and then he punches you in the face for no reason at all. You get reallly hurt and you have to go to court and you CONVICT him for what he did to you. In my point of view, that is what conviction means. (By the way if a guy did that to me I would convict him for his crime!)

  40. He was right. He knew he was–she was the one who was mistaken. It wasn’t his fault if she couldn’t admit it. This wasn’t up for discussion. The necklace was going to stay in his hands, and she would have to like it.

    She would just end up losing it, anyway.
