In between the front seats of the car sits a little man, his feet dangling in the cup holder. He is reading the paper, but every so often he looks over his shoulder at the man in the driver’s seat and says, ‘Don’t worry, you’re doing the best you can.’
Let me tel you about video games. I absolutely love video games. I’m sure that many have a favorite video game console, but mine is asraaetae the PS3. I’m typing randomly,but don’t worry about it. This is under PRESSURE DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN. Yes. That’s all fools, It’s just about done. YEAH
console is to help someone feel better. it is important that we console others because we must help our fellow neighbors to feel better about themselves. when someone is hurting, to turn your back on them is an un-human thing and
playing games with your friends although you don’t know how to play football, it’s fun anyway because everybody’s trying to teach you and you all laugh a lot
The monitor console beeps. Three times. “We’re under attack!” shouts the commander. I hear him, but cannot move. I am trapped under a pile of debris. The Germans burst in. This is it.

i know when i see that word i should be writing about something deep. like consoling a friend after a family member has died or something sentimental like that.

Oh console me. She consoled her, wrapper her arms around her rounded shaking shoulders and pressed her body onto her back, her face in to hair, trying to physically shove all the love she held for her into her poor crushed frame, trying to inflate so that she might sit straight again and look straight into her eyes with her own reddened ones with a look of extreme gratitude and the same degree of love.
When I think of “console” I think of my next door neighbour when I was at primary school. He was the first person I knew with a games console. I didn’t and still have no interest in games consoles but I remember how cool it sounded – N64. Much like mobile phones are named nowadays. N this, M that, X something else… A console is … what? A computer by definition? A gateway to embodying James Bond or Tomb Raider?
“Console” could also mean to look after someone after bursting into tears. Or before. I don’t know about you but if I feel a bit teary and someone asks if I’m ok the waterworks start immediately! A warming word, console…

The Doctor ran up to the video game console, waving his sonic at it like the half-mad man he was. “If I just reverse the polarity of the neutron flow,” he was muttering under his breath.
I walked up to the console and pressed the “power off” button. “Or you could just turn it off,” I remarked.
What a weird word to get, after my happy thoughts produced by my Brownie Blast milkshake with mocha chip and purple cow ice cream. Fattening. Console. I just finished my Intro to Professional Nursing Final. Consoling is a nurse’s job, among other things. It’s human to console.
Her laptop on the kitchen table whirred to life and gave a beep.
That’s strange, she thought as she turned the gas off on the chicken soup.
Saucepan in hand she sat down in front of the computer, a dos concole was open with the words, “Hi Anita” typed in the top left corner.
i had birthday money, because on that day it was my birthday, so i went and bought a new gaming console to replace the same model that had broke. except my new one was slimmer. not the same.
As maria walked down the steps of the funeral home, she thought how lovely a day it was and how Tommy would have liked it. in the back of her head, she thought it was odd that she had yet to shed a tear, but with so many people coming up to console her, she could only walk around in a haze, murmuring the expected replies and thank yous. She slipped away from the procession, kicked off her heels (which she didn’t even know why she picked them, Tommy and she had always called them cruel and unusual punishment anyways), and laid down in the grass. As she stared up at the perfect, cloudless sky, she could feel each blade of grass upon her skin, cool to the touch. Only in the midst of all this perfection could she feel the hole Tommy had left in her life. It dragged her down, down, down, and only then did the tears spring up.
Console makes me think of death. “Consoling a loved one”. I haven’t had much death in my family. None at all, really. Knock on wood. I still have all of my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, parents and siblings. I’m dreading the day I won’t be able to see one of them again, but know that I’ll cherish every moment until then.
The stone sunk without trace. The oily waters of the swamp appeared to open momentarily, like the fetid maw of a primeval carnivore, then slid closed with an air of finality. Pratchy attempted to console her. ‘It was a poor gem anyway, ‘ he said. I will buy you ones of much better quality.’ Minrien said nothing, words could explain what that sliver of malachite had meant to her.
The stupid thing was broken again. How are we supposed to win a war if these things never work properly. You’d have thought they would have expected they’d get knocked around a bit – but no, the most delicate console goes on the fastest carrier

I was consoled with the fact that she was the first person to ever say hello to me in high school. I walked in that first day alone, and the last day, she was with me every second. We were inseparable, us two. It was like fate that we were best friends.
our various internal organs, shattered upon the console. we had ordered the drinks earlier, you in your awkward Spanish, so cute as you meant to ask “with soul” but it was heard by the waiter as “with sun.” (same thing). and though we are dead now (making this speech impossible), I am glad that I was there to listen to your tears and help you to smile your last hope.
i tried to console him but i didnt know what to say. renal failure: God thats horrible. and to think he was so happy. yet he shows no pain. he’s strong or just a really good liar. i wish i knew what to do. word seemed to fail me.
To console is like to comfort someone right? It’s also like, a game console, which I didn’t realize until I heard someone near me say so. I would not have thought to see it that way and I value how other people will see something different from you even more than someone who sees something exactly like you do sometimes. It’s really hard to find someone who thinks of something exactly like you do, but it really emphasizes how special someone is when they see something in a way you never would have. That’s why I really like it when people ask me what I’m thinking or about my views on something. That’s a case of them thinking the same way as me, while thinking differently as I do, or they would not need me to share my thoughts, because we would come to the same conclusion and we wouldn’t have questions about it. I really like how my boyfriend makes me think sometimes.
it’s that thing that you look at when you’re working on your computer, or alternatively it’s about helping somebody who’s not feeling so good… I prefer the second one – I could use some consoling at the moment to be honest, it’s been a tricky few weeks. In fact I went to sleep really early last night as a way to try and block out the craziness and while I feel a little better I also feel really fuzzy and I didn’t have enough coffee yet today.
