  1. Valentine’s day is the bane of my existence because chocolate is one thing that is not good for me that I am trying to cut down on, and yet I keep eating it. I love chocolate. Especially dark kind. The darker, the better.

  3. Its awesome. I eat it all the time, and it makes me happy. It’s also the best ice cream flavor ever. Its not just a thing to eat, its almost a mood. I eat it with my girlfriends when we need it. Its something we do.. It sparks good memories from my childhood, and lets me be happy as an adult.

  5. ice cream. mmmm. seriously. have you ever just sat down with a spoon and a carton of chocolate ice cream? No bowl. just you, the spoon, and the deliciousness. It’s probably one of the most cathartic, beautiful, wonderful, things in life. Everyone should do it at least once. no, twice.

  6. It reminds me about valentines day yesterday. Though still single, I love every moment of my valentines day with my loved ones. The day is not only for the celebration of lovers but to show ones’ appreciation of love towards your loved ones’. At least that is my opinion.

  7. Oh chocolate, I see you in the drawer, smiling up at me. I’m not supposed to, I shouldn’t, but I reach out and grab you. Maybe only a tiny bit? You melt on my tongue, spreading your delicious flavor and then you’re gone. What happened to ‘only a tiny bit’?

“I’ve got chocolate!” he said. She poured a pot of boiling water from the upstairs window onto his head, scalding his face and neck.

Undeterred, he tried one more time: “I brought condoms. Ribbed for your pleasure!” Twelve seconds later, the front door was opened, and Nancy had the best Valentine’s Day ever with the door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman.

  12. A day has passed and it was just another Monday. Chocolates and flowers were given with empty gestures, but by the end of the day, chocolates melt and flowers wilt. No need for bitterness or feelings of loneliness. Tuesday is already upon us.

  13. Chocolate is so delicious. I personally like dark chocolate a lot better than milk chocolate, especially when it’s 70% cocoa. I think that people who like dark chocolate tend to be a lot smarter than people who like milk chocolate because they have better taste, and milk chocolate tastes artificial compared to dark chocolate which has a lot of depth and complexity to it.

Some people apparently. I don’t see how you could dislike the taste, but also, I don’t see how people could like Olives.

  18. Valentine’s day. A day that I’m always alone, nothing but the sweet melting embrace of chocolate to comfort me. This day began much the same.
No one to share this with.

    I love eating it
reminds me of being a child
I hate chocolate ice cream and cake
    except German chocolate
    it is an aphrodisiac?

    I don’t think so.

Maybe it’s just the caffeine inside that makes everyone so excited?!?
    Maybe it’s just delicious.

  22. I don’t know much about chocolate, I’d love to have some of it raw though, the cocoa i suppose. Chocolate doesn’t really hold any aesthetic value to me, no moments of my life where I think of chocolate and am brought back to a moment in my life, and that doesn’t really bother me too much I suppose.

    by Joey on 02.14.2011

    a flavor
    a texture.

  31. It’s delicious and warm and makes me realize how sad it is that chocolate can fulfill so much in a girl’s life. Oh well, Chocolate is something women cannot ignore, cannot abandon. It’s like being addicted to smoking or shoplifting. I love it with strawberry sauce and whipped cream. Or on sundaes. It’s so yummy after a long day of upset.
